After the 2024 was published, I have lost several subclasses for wizards from the character builder. I do pay for master tier, and I own almost every single book ever published.
Right now I can only see Conjuration, Enchantment, Evocation, Necromancy and Transmutation. While Abjuration, Divination, and illusion is missing and unavailable in my character builder.
You didn't lose anything. The character builder just puts the 2024 stuff at the top and the old stuff at the bottom. If you own a subclass from 2014 rules, it can only be used on the 2024 class if there is not a replacement subclass for it. If there is a replacement, even if you do not own it, it will hide the 2014 subclass option for the 2024 class.
In this case, to use the 2014 subclass you own, you need to build the 2014 class as the base, which will be nestled at the bottom. For example, a 2024 wizard cannot use the Abjuration subclass because it has the Abjurer subclass, but your 2014 wizard can still use the Abjuration subclass.
What about partnered content? I can't add the Chronurgy wizard subclass from Critical Role content unless I build a 2014 based wizard??? There isn't a replacement for that class so are we just locked out of using those classes with the 2024 rules?

None of the partnered content has been updated for the 2024 rules. This requires input from the owners of that content and just hasn't been done yet. There's been no official announcement about when or if it might be done.
You can use the homebrew system to create a copy of the 2014 version for use with the 2024 version of the class if you want, but that's the best you can do right now.

What gives? This is annoying.

Thanks. Now I get it.
Silly of me, I should have seen that.
No worries. There has been a lot of confusion around this. Hopefully you can return to enjoying your PC builds now.
