Hi, I don't understand why the character bulider won't let me choose the Divination Wizard subclass. I own the Player Handbook 2014 and have played this before. Why can't I now? Thanks!

You don't own the new PHB, but have chosen the 2024 wizard class, which can only use the new versions of the things that got updated.

You need the old wizard class. Turn on the legacy toggle in the builder, and scroll down in the classes until you find the legacy versions
