Hey guys. Something weird has happened. My account is TwisTurtle (https://www.dndbeyond.com/members/TwisTurtle), but I've lost access to it. There was some weird error on my campaign page, where all my players names were coming up as 'Deleted', or 'Player[Random sequence of numbers]'. One of my players told me that this was happening because I needed to log out and log back in again to reauthorise my Twitch account on Beyond, but when I tried to log back in, rather than sending me to my old account, it made me create a new one, and now I can't work out how to access my old account, as my Twitch account is assigned to this one. Could someone please help? It was a tad difficult helping my new player understand the game when I couldn't actually see his character sheet, plus I've got a fair bit of content unlocked on that account. >.>
It sounds like you're in Europe and GDPR laws meant that many accounts were deleted:
For users in the European Economic Area, your account could have been deleted during D&D Beyond's transition to Fandom if you did not previously opt in for the transfer of your data. If this is the case, you have received a free nickname change credit at the end of the deletion process. With that, you can change your nickname to whatever you desire and all of your posts, comments, etc. will be maintained.
Success! No idea how I've ended up having two Twitch accounts, given that I generally don't even remember that I have one, but oh well. Thanks, Stormknight!
I changed phones and lost access to my email and stuff that was on my old phone and I don't remember exactly what my password was, now I cant get to any of my characters and I dont know what to do, some of them were in campaigns but a majority were not, how do I get into my old account?
I think I may have a similar problem. I created an account a few years ago and took a break from playing. When I came back I got some prompt about my twitch account and there was some confusion and now I cant sem to log into my account with all of my dnd beyond digital property. Can you help please?

I've just tried that, but logging in with Twitch just brings me back to this account, rather than my original account.
Your problem is that you're logging in with the wrong Twitch account.
I can see that you have two Twitch accounts, each of which is linked to a different D&D Beyond account.
I shall drop you a PM with further info.

I'd suggest posting a new post rather than bumping this one up. People might think the issue is already resolved if they look here.
