Not possible. At least not without adding a bonus to all weapon attacks. A revamp of the homebrew tools is in the planned future. Check back next year.

The homebrew tools are essentially the same tools used to add official items into the site. And there is no official weapon that does different bonus damage from its hit bonus.
It seems simple and universal, but it is just not the way 5e does things.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to do a +1 to hit, +4 damage sword.
Why isn't there a simple property 'Chance to Hit' and 'Weapon Damage' when creating?
Any help would be appreciated, I need this tomorrow :(
Thanks!

Ok. That's unreal that such a simple, universal use case didn't get covered. Thanks for letting me know.
