Yeah, I agree. They might come back in a future update, but for now I'm sure that someone already has or will be re-creating them in homebrew so be sure to look out there for them. You could always re-make them yourself too.

I think this is bogus. If this is the logic they are using, then why do they still have the Variant Eladrin that appeared in the DMG when a newer, different version was released? Why do they still have the Variant Aasimar from the DMG when the race was updated significantly later?
Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron is still a valid, published by WotC source. Everything in it should count for something, including the Warforged subraces.

Unlike the DMG, Wayfinders was playtest, and subject to change. The updated (and thus official) versions of Wayfinders—both here and at DMsGuild now contain Warforged with no subraces. So the builder here is consistent with official published sources, including Wayfinders.
That said, Badeye/Adam Bradford, head of the DDB team, has added the original Warforged subraces to the homebrew here, so they are available.
Are the sub-races - Juggernaut, Skirmisher, Envoy, etc - available to purchase individually? I don't see them anywhere in the store....
The new Eberron book got rid of them, so they do not exist anymore. They were originally playtest material. Warforged no longer have any sub-races.
Oh. Hmm. That's kind of a bummer. Thanks though!!

The final version is something like a toned down envoy.
