Might be missing something but my battlesmith doesn't seem to be applying his intelligence for attacks to magic items made magical via infusions. That is, a mundane hand crossbow infused with repeating shot is not benefiting from the battle ready feature (yes I am attuned), which I believe it should since the infusion makes it a magic item.
A generic +1 crossbow does benefit however. Also, the returning weapon infusion only allows me to select a dagger? Seems like a couple of the infusions are bugged or I'm missing something obvious.
Still no update to this? Seems like it would be an easy fix.
It seems to be implemented now, given that someone asked recently why their (Battle Smith) Artificer was using INT for a weapon attack... what trouble are you having?

I know this is an old post; so, this comment is for anyone finding it now. If you ready the Battle Ready language:
When you attack with a magic weapon, you can use your Intelligence modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity modifier, for the attack and damage rolls.
You must attack with a magical weapon. It won't work with normal weapons.
Spell text: "Until the spell ends, that weapon becomes a magic weapon"
Feature text: "When you attack with a magic weapon, you can use your Intelligence modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity modifier, for the attack and damage rolls."
So, yes, it does. The sheet won't be able to work this way, because the spell is a temporary effect which is not supported but, in terms of rules: yes.

Hello! The team is aware of an issue with some infused items not behaving. Thank you for the report!
Any update on this? Still not seeing a switch to INT for magical items.
