Just purchased PHB and XGE and I'm trying to choose a subclass for my Warlock that comes from the XGE and it gives me that message. Error code is d350679f33a34538834f8e54ba929854 and version is 3.0.0-alpha.63. I tried logging out and in again and still got the error.

It's working now, so I thought you'd fixed it  :-D  I've been fiddling with some homebrew, maybe something was wrong with one of my homebrew creations and I inadvertently fixed it myself.

I'm glad to hear it's working now, thank you for the update! If the issue pops up again, certainly let us know. 

They are playing around with the framework of the tools and sheets, which caused the error you saw (and I've had) - which they promptly fixed.

It'll be like this for a month or so while they test, build and work out kinks.

 Hello again. You said earlier that you just got your subscription. Only subscribers are on the new version of the character sheet, and there are still a few Code Devils they haven’t banished yet. They are especially pesky with homebrews. You probably didn’t notice before as a free user because you were still on the old sheet. Hi when I try to view my character it just gives me the error 521c93c3b1a34253a9a80769b8c833ff version @dndbeyond/character-app@1.25.2

I'm having a similar issue. D&D beyond is very unreliable lately, showing me the Error Message most of the time I try to view my characters. Sometimes it randomly works, only to fail again a few minutes later. This happens across devices (PC, tablet, phone). 

UPDATE: Now I seem to not even get the Error Message, I just get a semi-blank screen. I still see the D&D Beyond Logo in the top left and the Menu bar, as well as the section with the various quick links at the bottom of the screen, but the middle of the page where the characters would be listed is just a blank white space. 

Is there any way to fix this on my end?

I'm having the same issue. API check everytime I want to look at any of my characters sheets. Can anyone advise here?

It just started suddenly when I tried on my phone.

try it on a difrent browser, if that works  clear the cache for dnd beond in your mian browser
