Currently we don’t have an option to update your card details. It’s on our roadmap for the next pass of improvements for the Marketplace / Billing system.
Wgat you can do, however, is cancel your current sub and then start a new sub with your new card. You won’t lose any current benefits before you get the new sub purchased as we honor the remaining days left on a canceled sub.
How is this still a problem in March 2022?? This is really pathetic. As soon as Wizards launches their own virtual content management system, this website is going to die a quick death due to their anti-consumer practices.

Same issue as everyone else. Not being able to update a payment method is basic af. How is that not an option? :angrylaughcry: I canceled and it still prompts me to just cancel again for some reason.
Happened to me. You gotta open the ticket and have them cancel it on their side. Then it works normal to make a new subscription with a new payment method.

I'm having massive issues with this, i can no longer use the previous card i was using, and my subscription has expired, so its still bugged, i can't cancel my subscription and start a new one, and theirs no change payment method option, which means my account is basically useless for me to DM on
If you submit a ticket, they got back to me within a day or two. It is crazy though. Sorry it's happening to you also. It can be a nightmare especially when you're intending to play within a day or two. You can tell it's a known issue with their support but their team seems to have a low priority on a true solution.

They did....or they were working on it, and that's when everything went haywire with the subscription payment service. So haywire that support is overwhelmed with support requests and their response time have slowed. I don't know why the devs in charge of that part of the site haven't been able to fix the issues yet; I would think it would be a critical thing to fix, but apparently it's proving to be immensely difficult.
Canceling subscription and trying to renew with the same linked gmail account doesn't work. I still get unable to update. I have submitted and follow up on a ticket several times. It has been weeks. No response. All my campaign work, characters, and reference material are not accessible. Insane.

If you keep submitting tickets, as it sounds like you may have, that’s part of your problem. Each time a new ticket is submitted by someone who already has one in the queue, their place in the queue gets bumped the most recent submission. im sorry I don’t have a quicker/better solution for you. I feel for the overwhelmed/understaffed support folks, but I’m really at a loss as to why the devs have not been able to get this fixed.

Yup. You literally have to submit a help ticket to get that to work. They usually take care of it pretty quick, but it's annoying.
