Since Friday I've noticed all of my higher level (5-10) characters in the iOS version of the app show their Cantrips with the base dice damage rather than the 2d for higher character levels.
This shows correctly in the website and on the Android version of the app.
I think the iOS version was showing correctly this past Thursday night as I was using it in a game and I recall it having the 2d8 correctly.
I tried rebooting, archiving the app and restoring, and finally deleting the app and data and reinstalling after a reboot, but still getting the base damage 1d dice for cantrips. Now I'm reloading all my books and will roll custom dice until this is fixed.
I'm missing my dice roller feature on the app on my Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook. It doesn't matter how I set up the Chromebook (laptop style with keyboard (phone mode, tablet mode, resizable), tablet style (so keyboard is flipped and the app goes full screen).
I do have the dice roller on my mobile phone (Android) and my Lenovo M10 tablet (Android Go) . The dice roller is also available when I go to the website of D&D Beyond and open my character sheet there.
I’ve found several bugs or design errors which should be addressed. These are only in the mobile app version, and you can effectively work around most of these by going to view the character on the website, but if you want the app to be better you should update them.
1. You can’t make any changes to characters after creation.
2. You can’t add items after character creation. Attempting to do so creates a loading screen that never loads once you try returning to your inventory.
3. Item charges don’t recharge when resting and there’s no tracking option on the item itself to manually adjust.
4. On the spell management page, the adjusted values for damage do not scale beyond the base value. So for instance: fireball will register properly at 8d6 damage as a level 3 spell, but it will not show 9d6 as a 4th level spell. This is true for at least wizards and warlocks.
5. Class abilities do not auto calculate into some abilities. For instance: an evocation wizard gets an ability which adds their intelligence modifier to the damage of evocation cantrips. This is not reflected in the character attacks list for spells like “fire bolt”. It also does not up the damage in that list for a caster at a higher level. Damaging cantrips are supposed to go up in damage at specified levels: 5, 11, 17. But it always just reads the damage as a 1st level cantrip.
6. While you have a status effect tab on the first screen of a character where it shows their base stats, you don’t have a window for buffs to be auto generated into their stats. For instance: having buff spells and class abilities like bless, haste, rage, magic weapon, or mage armor reflected in the character’s stats would be very helpful so that the player doesn’t have to do extra math or keep a scratch piece of paper to remember all the positive statuses they have.
7. One design choice I found strange and cumbersome was in the spell management page. For someone like a wizard who has many spells which can scale, listing something like fireball on every spell level from 3-9 feels a bit much. I would have a toggle where if you don’t like that, you can revert it to where it only shows up as a 3rd level spell. But within the spell, you could have the option when you click on fireball to select the level at which you want to cast it. I made a level 20th wizard just for fun, and by the time I got to my level 9 spells, it was ridiculously cluttered.
8. There’s no option to show what items are in which bag in your inventory. This can be important for a number of reasons in play, particularly encumbrance, but also if in the course of the story you lose a bag, having a definitive list of what was in it can be helpful for avoiding arguments. I’d also have an option to say which items you aren’t completely abandoning but not carrying on your person.

I'm experiencing the same cantrip issue. iPad 6, iOS 14.8. Just now uninstalled and reinstalled, same result.
On an Android G8. Noticed a very exploitable bug with the new Dice of Heroism in the mobile App. I didn't do a lot of testing to see why this happens or what else is effected.
So, in the character creation section of the app, under the tab to roll for ability scores, if you use the Dice of Heroism the app lags for a few seconds with maybe a flash of the dice. After about 30 seconds or so it displays the results. These results are normal, however if you roll again after that it will not display the die rolling and still lag for a few seconds but the results will be 18 (every die rolling a 6). You can keep rolling and every other ability score after that will be an 18, you can even reset the ability score rolls to make all 6 scores an 18. This only seems to be a problem with the new Dice of Heroism set, as changing it to other dice will not result in this issue.

And also with leveled spells. I don't think it was doing that before, so hopefully it represents someone looking into it? :-)
I'm having an issue with the subscriber perk Fuzzy Dice. I can't seem to download it because it says there's a required update, but I find no update in the Play store.
Am unable to use the d20 dice as it’s cut off on my screen by the the top header and the dice menu doesn’t scroll to allow access to it. I have an iPhone 6S and the latest update.
Completely unable to use the vast majority of app on multiple devices. Today’s update (2-28) did not fix the issue. First noticed it two days ago. I was in the monster manual and none of the images would load. Thought it was weird since the books were supposed to be downloaded to my device. Decided to uninstall the book content and reinstall it. When I tried to download the book again it would not complete. It only downloads to 50% and then stalls out. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried again. Same result, except now since I deleted the app, I can’t download any of the books since they all stall at 50%. When I cancel the download and try it again it gets stuck on "preparing…". I tried restarting my internet, used a different network, and even tried my cellphone carriers network and it still has the same issue. I also tried logging in and logging out again and that didn’t work either. I am not using a VPN. I am located in Minneapolis. This issue is consistent across multiple devices (iPad Pro 5th Gen and iPhone 12 Pro). I can still access content through the website. I have nearly 100gb of space available on both devices. I tried restarting the devices and then reinstalling the app and the issue persists. Both devices run iOS 15.3.1. DNDBeyond app version is 2.7 (79)
One suggestion for the future, if we can access the books without downloading them (while still having the option to download them for offline use) that would be ideal since right now if I can’t download the books the app is pretty much broken for me to use.
I tried to update the app from version 2.52 to version 2.6 and now the app will not open I cannot update it and it still reads as installed even though I've tried uninstalling it true a Samsung Android phone
iOS 15.4 seems to break dice rolling in both the app and the web browser, though in different ways. I noticed this when I first installed the 15.4 beta and hoped the issue would resolve before the final release, but it’s still an issue in both places.
In the app, the dice do not appear at all, just the final roll result. In the web browser, rolling a die causes a weird glitch where the die leaves streaks across the screen.
The web browser issue appears to be related to a WebKit feature called “WebGL via Metal”. Toggling this off in Settings->Safari->Advanced->Experimental and then force-quitting Safari fixes the web browser issue, but does not resolve the app.
Unable to run the app since last update. appcloses itself as soon as i open it.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to have fixed it.

The multiclass prerequisites are set to STR for all classes. Noticed today 09.11.21.
Edit: works as intended. My bad.

Latest book updates broke all my bookmarks.
system: Fire Tablet
issue: Class tab blank for warlock/cleric characters in the character management.
repro: Select warlock, add cleric and the class tab will be blank thus unable to be updated/changed.
Existing warlock/cleric characters are effected by this.

Noticed that in the app my currency is only showing what I have on me & not showing up for any money in any containers.
