I have three suggestions to improve the user experience on the site. They are all related to current confusion over which rulebooks and adventures a user has purchased at a given point in time.
I'm surprised that, after purchasing several of the rulebooks, what I have purchased isn't clearly marked throughout the site. E.g. when I go to the Compendium Rules page, I have to read the names of all the books and try to remember if I bought it or not. There isn't anything visually distinct for purchased books either, making it difficult to tell at a glance which rulebooks and adventures are currently unlocked and available.
Suggestion 1: Clearly label which books/adventures are purchased in my account. A badge or different background color, etc. Please visually separate which content the user has bought. An HTML class and a couple lines of CSS would go a long way.
Suggestion 2: Automatically sort e.g. the Rulebooks page by whether they have been bought or not. Have h2 tags separating the sections. So <h2>My Rulebooks</h2> followed by the rulebooks the user owns, and then <h2>More Rulebooks</h2> followed by all the rulebooks that haven't been purchased yet.
Suggestion 3: Have an area of the site that shows all the user's purchases/order history in one place. I was surprised this isn't already under "My Content" to be honest - please add a button on the My Content page called "My Rulebooks" and another called "My Adventures." Each button would lead to a page just like the current Compendium overview, except only owned rulebooks would be displayed rather than all at once. Think of it like a bookcase of books the user owns.
I hope that these suggestions are helpful! I think they would greatly add to the user experience within the site.

Hi there Turgon_Seven,
thank you for taking the time to post - those all sound like some great ideas to improve usability.
I've flagged this for attention and moved it over to the feedback forum.
thank you.
