I was looking to make a Dragon-Touched character, but I can't see any source of the sub-race on the app. I even went so far as to buy the book that covers a lot about Dragonborn here. Is there some information missing in that regard or is it too complicated to process them in the app?
Closest thing is probably draconic archetypes such as:
Monk - Way of the Ascendant Dragon
Ranger - Drakewarden
Sorcerer - Draconic Bloodline
Sadly, other than these you will have to flavor other archetypes. Though… you could also flavor races… Yuan-ti possibly? Gensai? Up to you!
I literally built this character this week for a spelljammer campaign where my plasmoid druid died. Emerald gem dragonborn, drakewarden ranger, draconic bloodline sorcerer. We'll see how he does tomorrow night.
Possibly your thinking of Dragonmarks? Only sub race I can think of that kinda fits the idea. They are from Eberron and you'd need Eberron: Rising from the Last War or purchase them individually there.

I am unfamiliar with Dragon-Touched. Which book are they from?
