Why isn't 'Difficult terrain' linked to the rules to tell me what that means?
The spells have *some* of these things with hover effects, but that is a big miss. It means I have to go somewhere else to find out what 'Difficult Terrain' means, and in a hypertext medium, that's a missed opportunity.
They plan to link more, I'll throw the thread url and a quote here in case you haven't seen it. I've broken the quote so much trying to delete a few paragraphs from the quote pyramid but here we go-
Senses is actually used as a term on all the official (and most unofficial) character sheets to collect the different types of those.
As for the other parts, we do indeed plan to add many more cross-link/ tooltip types. We will keep an eye on ways we can make life easier for people trying to links things, but the categories exist so we don't have conflicts like darkvision and darkvision.

I posted my own idea regarding the fancy new linking in the same thread which the above quote is related to. That idea being Combat Actions (Dash, Disengage, Dodge, etc) as links as they already have their own description in the compendium ready to pop-up in a tooltip.
Terrain is another useful one. I like the idea of a [rule] tag, Stormknight, for things like that. A good umbrella tag for the miscellaneous bits and pieces.
They definitely want to link more, so let's see what else we can come up with.

LINK ALL THE THINGS.
Thanks for the feedback - we will end up linking anything that makes sense to link over time.
Wouldn't call it a miss since we've yet to take a swing - we decided to hit a home run with the spells, magic items, monsters, conditions, etc. in our first at bat. The next time we head to the plate we'll crush out something else. :D

Like I've said before in other posts, it looks really good so far. Can't wait to see more.
