I pre-ordered the bundle, digital and physical, as soon as it was available, and I had no issues with PHB as part of the bundle, nor issues with the digital content for both PHB or DMG. Yet two days ago I get an email saying my DMG is on its way, then late last night I get a 'payment failure' followed by a 'your order has been cancelled'.
I had something similar, when I checked the card that I had ordered with I saw two payments pending. I'm hopeful that it was just the extra charge that was cancelled that generated the email. FedEx tracking still shows delivery by end of the day tomorrow, but I guess we'll see.
Same situation. Also, check the card you used to pay for the bundle with. I have two charges on there from WoTC for $40.59. I'm disputing the charges now, since I already paid for the full digital/physical bundle. WoTC needs to get their #$%@ figured out. This is not how I want to be spending my Tuesday. Wasting my time because their payment system is broken. I may look into what legal options I have, as that seems to be the only way to get a corporation to respond. If this is happening to a majority of the people who purchased the product, perhaps a class action suit could be organized.
I also have two pending charges from WOTC on my card. Got a cancellation notice. My order has vanished from their site, so it took some searching through email and whatnot to figure it out. They've also deleted all my DDB payment methods. Between that and the 5e/24e headaches on the platform, it's almost like they don't want me around.
I received an email yesterday saying mine was shipped, then an email today saying that it was cancelled due to a payment failure. (My PayPal is up to date, no issues on my end.)
My PHB was also cancelled baxk in September for the same issue. The issue back then was some kind of PayPal integration glitch, which I guess may be what is going on this time, again? Either way, kind of crazy that this is happening again, I suppose I’ll go through this a third time when the MM releases? 🤷🏻♂️
Got an email today at 8:30am saying that my order has shipped with Fedex (truth is that only the label had been printed).
Proceeded to get back-to-back emails from test@dndbeyond.com. The first stating my payment failed. The second stating part of my order was cancelled.
Like most others on this board, I ordered the complete 2024 PBH, DMG, and MM digital/physical set. Already have the digital PHB and DMG as well as the physical PHB...which is a really great book!
I only have one charge, but my order was canceled, also due to payment failure. But my account shows the DMG was indeed canceled. I hate that there's no way to talk to anyone directly about this.
I have two charges on my credit card despite getting the digital/physical bundle back during preorder.
I also got the cancellation email as well as the payment decline email from the test email account. However, my original shipping email showed the correct info and I literally came home from lunch to see my DMG on the doorstep.
So, this has to be a glitch and I better see a reversal in a day or so for those charges or I’ll dispute them with my bank.
Ive not seen anything about mine being shipped, but I got the cancelation email, and then i checked my payment info. The exp date they had on my card suddenly showed the wrong exp date!

Just got the email mentioned above saying that the test account emails were in error. Still showing the two charges on my card though...
That being said, at least in my case when I pre-ordered the bundle it only charged my card for the digital portion right at that time. I was charged another portion when the PHB shipped and now again (albeit twice) when the DMG shipped. I suspect I will see another charge when the MM ships in 2025.

Thanks for sharing that. It was also pointed out on Reddit that the emails are from test@dndbeyond.com and not orders@dndbeyond.com.

I bought all three books in July during the pre-order so they already took my money.
