Viashino was never an official race. It was a playtest race in an Unearthed Arcana, which was accessible on DDB. However, they never left playtest and became official, as the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica does not include them.
Since the book has been released, DDB appears to have removed the playtest races and replaced them with the officially released races. As the Viashino did not make the cut, they appear to no longer be available here.
You would be able to create it yourself through the homebrew system, but Wizards has now cycled it out of playtesting so it is not available through DDB officially.
A lot of feedback I'd heard online was very unimpressed and unhappy with it, and mich of it boiled down to "I'd rather go with Lizardfolk instead."
I dont know for sure if that was the majority of survey results, or if that was the main contributor even if it was, but it's my assumption that it was.
Weird, they removed a somewhat different race and just gave us goblin. Maybe they could have asked for feedback idk I was looking forward to getting that race though.
From what I understand there are lots of different avenues of feedback and a lot of feedback is considered before they make such decisions. As to why it was decided that Viashino wouldn't be published, I have no idea.
From what I read, the general feedback was the viashino where lizardfolk but not, so it didn't make sense for two races to occupy such close design space. Rather than clutter up GMGR with a race that was basically Lizardfolk, they said "use Lizardfolk"
I understand but, I liked the idea of having a bite and a tale attack, like it would have made an interesting assassin, dipping the tip into poison before stealthily stabbing someone without looking idk it had potential, maybe they could have made it as a sub race rather than taking it out completely.

Have you tried creating the Viashino as a homebrew race? You could still use that for your own use, and for your campaigns, on D&D Beyond.
if you know your MTG lore, viashino is lizardfolk. thus its easily reskinned from lizardfolk.
that said to answer one question... "once WotC has prooven that an Unearthed Arcana has been archived, the said Unearthed arcana will be removed from Beyond" this is what was said back in 2018 when they first started with beyond unearthed arcana. so basically because the book came out and the race was prooven not to make the cut, beyond felt it was archived and thus removed it from the thing. remember, Unearthed Arcana aren't official by any means, they always are playtest and thus shouldn't be used as official things you should put in your campaign. while i would want to have all the Unearthed Arcana from old, i started forbidding the use of them in my campaigns. because when i did use them, they were more of a hassle then anything else. even had a player who used a redemption paladin in my campaign, had him change over to the new official one and he disliked it a lot, because the archetype was much less powerfull, he loved to be powerfull. but thats the thing... i do not want my players to stop liking their character just because the archetype was made official and changed drastically.
so yeah, my recommendation, dont focus too much on beyond for Unearthed Arcana, at best make your own race class based on it and add that as a homebrew.

Officially, in terms of game mechanics for purposes of stats for Viashino according to the Guild’s Guide to Ravnica, viashino now use stats as listed for lizard folk. So just use player character stats for lizardfolk to incorporate player character viashino.

I for one would appreciate still having access to the Unearthed Arcana version.

I still have Viashino as a race though characters that are Viashino already, I can copy it and modify the character as Viashino the race still.
It seems to work, still, it's a workaround; Plus it's listed a UA. Hmm whatever.
}(|){Why didn't it make the cut?

I love this race for a sun soul monk it gives me 4 diffrent damage types
luckily i still got a character made that ill never delete now
You do still have the option of recreating the race through homebrew for use with other characters.

I'm still relatively new, it just would have been easier to just have it already made you know? Lol
