In an earlier post I made a few suggestions, but it was a bit rushed .. I've updated my feedback to be a bit more thorough.. I'm sure most of this is mentioned elsewhere.. but my 2 cents.. obviously some of this is more of a 'wish list' but some of the key items are in bold
Campaign Settings
Campaign Content
Flag 'campaign content' individually or by source only to be visible within the active campaign - official or home brew - races, classes (sub classes), magical items, feats, monsters, backgrounds etc.
Propagate the above filter down to tables used within it's setting - ie random encounters, demographics, loot tables, player character builder options, rules compendium etc
Ability to flag content based on their campaign regions (a meager way to impose cultural limitations to content in an area) limitations on gods, factions, equipment, feats, races, classes etc (ie a katana would typically be available only in an Asian cultural territory)
More Home brew
Race
Class, Sub Classes
Feats
Gods & Pantheons
Mundane Items
Weapons & Armor
Custom tables & House rule definition blocks (to be included in campaign compendium) ie drinking tables or combat narrative tables
The ability to limit selections based on varies factors, ie race and region
Each of the below broken down with fields based on their context similar to typical campaign setting details. IE a region might outline import/exports or demographics whereas an inn might reference a typical inventory list or specific NPCs
Locations (Inn, Dungeon or Camp)
map
npc's of interest
conversation tables
random encounter and/or event calendar tables
miniature map builder for use with encounters
Points of interest tagging on maps linking to 'information blocks' to be embedded into adventures/storylines
light sources for encounter maps
map templates for common sites - camps, roadways, church, inn, house, city, hamlets, bridge etc.
'homebrew' maps to be contributed by players
World Map & Regions (City District, Province or County)
reveal these details (by player) to mimic character knowledge of the area
Government
Overview
map / Area / Size
npc's
Population / demographics (factions, race, professions, religion etc.)
Economy / import/exports
history
world & regional map builder for use with large scale combat and/or long distance travel
calculations for travel times
Tables for weather, lunar cycles and regional based random encounters (customization by campaign setting)
tagging system to link quickly related content of the above with locations or events
Non-player characters & Factions
Important figure generation based on templates
Personalities (similar to character creation fields)
conversation trees
inventory, Stat block and abilities
relationships (ie brother of the duke, husband of sally who works at the mill etc.)
impose regional limitations on factions, equipment, feats, races, classes etc based on their cultural context when generating npc's based on templates
BEYOND JUST CAMPAIGN MANAGER - but just as important!
Adventure Building
Adventure outline 'Tree' branching out by events and encounters based on the actions of the PCs
Event builder - embed encounters, maps, points of interest, narratives, conversation tables etc.
Combat & Condition Tracker
Encounter 'templates' automatically generate based on region and campaign setting (to limit monsters, npcs, loot etc) - such as a chase, bar brawl, road side ambush etc
Site Maps
embed maps directly into adventure outlines
share visibility of maps and individual points of interest to players

What Tojolobal Said! (times infinity)
I would love to see a "player compendium" field on every item/npc/location/basically every asset so that the PCs could search and view the flavor about a particular NPC on the fly. "Hey who was that bartender at the Naughty Nipple, the one with the glass eye?" "Oh you mean Trouser Trout? Yeah you can look him up in the Campaign Compendium!" (have you discovered my love of alteration yet?) This field would need to be able to be toggled off and on for each asset so a DM could build the entire asset at one time without having to worry about going back to edit it, just clicking a button to allow players to view it.

A lot of great feedback and ideas here, Tojo - thanks for sharing them. Just a heads-up to help avoid too much disappointment though - the Curse folks have been pretty clear all along that DDB won't be including the map functionality you are hoping for - maps, tokens, fog of war, etc. This site is intended to be a tool and resource to aid in DM prep and play at the table, and not a VTT or online play tool. Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds already cover those niches. Cheers!

Koren, I agree that they have said it won't have that sort of functionaltiy, however I do hope they add the ability to put in maps and pin them and share them with players (while being able to block unexplored areas of the map) maybe not encounter maps, but overworld maps.

Agreed - I certainly hope to be able to at least upload maps (as well as whatever other images) to a campaign page that I can show my players for reference. Being able to pin locations with links to more info (DM vs Player) would be fantastic.
I am not surprised at this comment. Initially I had this post structured with maps a section unto itself with the very same comment (to start with a simple upload maps / images with pins).. It is a big ask to do a builder or live map-board.
I ended up changing the post since this further distinguishes sites and regions.
but this turned into wish post-you midget notice almost none of that was bolded :P
A DM version of character sheets for all your players that can be condensed into one sheet would be nice, especially if I could export it and pin it to my dm screen. Something with AC, HP, maybe proficiencies, stats, etc.
I have Master Tier sub I just don't see a way to change who the DM of my campaign is.
I think it's meant in the way that your DM (with whichever type of account) creates the campaign, invites you as a player and then you can turn the content sharing on for the whole campaign.
I bought an adventure and several sourcebooks, and the first player who joined my campaign pointed out that he has access to the adventure sourcebook. Is it possible to limit sharing on a campaign to only certain books?

Not at this time. A table management system will be added at a later date. For now, you'll just have to trust he's not peeking. ;)
I intended to start a campaign with several younger folks, next generation of our group 12-14, and although I trust them, the temptation of an effectively open book right in front of them may be more than they can resist. Heck even their dad's may falter.
agreed -- content limitation is important to me as well. I don't want them knowing the locations of secret doors/magic items/ boss stats etc. easily. Of course they could buy the adventures themselves to get the info, but if they go that far, then I have other issues. However with it readily available to them, it's easy to go down the rabbit hole and end up looking info they shouldn't, just because it's there.

I'm having trouble providing constructive feedback here. The content sharing part in its current form is unusable when it comes to adventures. As the content sharing right now is all-or-nothing, then ALL content sharing is unusable. You should post an announcement warning people to either not buy adventures or not share their content in campaigns right now. This is awful user experience and I plead you to take this feedback seriously. In my case, the $285 + a year of Master Tier is unusable "until a later date".
I've only scratched the surface on using the campaign builder, so I haven't noticed all the things that a DM could use on mobile. Here is some basic feedback that I find important for the game me and my players are running:
When writing the premise for my campaign on my phone, scrolling up to the toolbar was really difficult without accidentally pressing all the buttons on it, by the time I could scroll up I ended up having spoilers and lists where there shouldn't be, for example.
Also, while the text recognizes texts in other languages, it does not handle them quite well, for instance, selecting text and bolding my copied texts in hebrew was much more difficult than it needed to be. Sometimes the bold button wouldn't even do anything to parts of my text.
One thing that is SUPER IMPORTANT for my type of game, is the *ability to assign someone else as DM* even without my niche game, being able to switch DM can save a campaign when a DM can't commit to it anymore. Also, **the DM being able to add their own character is instrumental for details like Escorts and stuff**

While in my current situation, this isn't as big a deal, it is still important to me. That being said I have been in several groups where this would be a concern for me. I know the players could just go to the store and grab a book as well, but the ease of this may be too tempting, and considering that now I will be allowing electronics at the table it will be much harder to know exactly what they are looking at during the game itself. I think this should be a very high priority as well.

I have Master Tier sub I just don't see a way to change who the DM of my campaign is. It is showing me as the DM.
He would have to start the campaign, then you join as a player with your master tier activated for his campaign. Then you're all sharing away! :)
