Yes. In the Monster Manual, under Lycanthropes there is a box with a guide on PCs as.. *sigh* "Lycanthropes" .
(I find it painful to put "lycanthropes", - (lycanthrope = wolf man) and shouldn't be applied to werebeasts that are not werewolves. The correct generic term is therianthropes (therianthrope = "beast man"). It's a pet peeve that hurts my head.)

Beat me to it. I have a player in my game that I let switch from Storm Barby to Beast because she was bitten by a werewolf. I basically play it as she has control most of the time unless its a full moon. We haven't gotten to that point yet, but basically she'll have wisdom saves based on her level that will dictate if she remains in control during the full moon. Theyll act much like a Berserker Axe. In return she'll have access to all her path transformations and perks at once.
