In the downtime activities section for Resolving Activities, we see this:
Most downtime activities require a workweek (5 days) to complete. Some activities require days, weeks (7 days), or months (30 days). A character must spend at least 8 hours of each day engaged in the downtime activity for that day to count toward the activity’s completion.
The Eberron/Khorvaire calendar has a 7-day week and a 28-day month.
The Faerun calendar has a 10-day week and a 30-day month.
The Meletian(Theros) has 12 (sometimes 13) months of 29 or 30 days. It does not seem to have a concept of a week.
The Exandrian(Wildemount) calendar is messed up even more than the Meletian, with 11 months of 27-32 days with a 7-day week.
In your game, do you go with your world's definition of month for downtime activities (and other game-referenced events)?
Workweek is a specilized term so you can keep that no matter what.The melation calender is nearly the same as the modern calender it has the concept of a week just names for the weekdays(this is similar to early roman and greek calenders a nice touch).Honestly most of this seems nitpicky and would keep the basics for simplicity (the only one that seems like it would matter is week,which seems mostly consistent outisde of Faerun).So I would keep them.
That said I don't use these markers for all of my worlds,but one of them takes place on several planets,were the concept of days and years is changes rapidly.
Also wtf is happening with the exandrian calender.It also seems odd Faerun even has a standarized calender.
Using the word 'week' for a Faerun tenday just causes more confusion. To reconcile Faerun's calendar to XGE (which uses workweek, which is 5 days), there's two workweeks in a tenday (there are no 'days off'). A month is 3 tenday.

Rome standardized the calendar in 45 BC, well before the medieval period.
That problems not Time it's centralization,Faerun has not centralized goverment and no reason to cordinate exact time between countries.Thus,it should have a calendar.Rome has a centralized goverment,making it easy and nessecary to make a calendar standardized.

it is for the sake of having a standardized date, not centralization. Despite Rome being the center of its own world at the time, it was but a small piece of the planet. Faerun has the exact same reasons the IRL world uses one calendar (and uses GMT when needed, for that matter). Trade and reduction in communication errors. There is no centralized government controlling the earth, yet we use one calendar for commerce. When a container is shipped from China, the Gregorian date is on the Bill of Lading, not the Chinese calendar date.
