Fizban's is out, and one of the new bits of Draconic Magic is Draconic Gifts. Is there some way to give those to players? Is there some way to add them to a DDB character sheet that I'm not seeing? Do I need to "homebrew" feats for each and every one I want to grant to my players?
I mean, at this point, three books into gifts being a thing, DDB just ought to rename the section of the character sheet as "gifts, feats, and boons" code them all the same way and call it a day.

You know what they’re gonna say to that:
They are prohibited from making unilateral blahhblahhblah WotC published blahblah something or other blah the game’s publisher blahblahblah partnership blahblah English Language localized blahblahblah…..
They can’t even switch from using commas to semicolons when separating individual entries under the proficiencies section so that Toots sheet might read: “Crossbow, Hand; Longsword; Rapier; Shortsword; Simple Weapons” instead of the more confusing “Crossbow, Hand, Longsword, Rapier, Shortsword, Simple Weapons” that it currently displays.
Are you referring to "Gift of the Chromatic/Metallic/Gem Dragon"? Those options are available under feats on your character sheet.
No. Those are feats. I'm talking the Draconic Gifts listed in Chapter 2: Dragon Magic. My characters are going to face off against their first dragon(this campaign) soon, and I really like the idea of possibly being invested with some of the dragon's power upon its death. Even if it is only the ability to innately tell when your egg is perfectly soft-boiled.
Boo! Maybe we'll see them with Dark Gifts and the Theros stuff someday.
I understand the WotC rule but where else on WotC's own character sheets are you supposed to put these?
The current AL sheets on the Wizards official page has a section for Dark Gifts, you also have "Features and Traits". I haven't looked through all of the alternative versions of a character sheet that they are currently giving away on their site, but there are places. I guess until DDB gets this figured out its just more work for DMs.

As the support thread for Fizbans explains, they can’t currently model draconian gifts, so yes, you will have to homebrew them as feats.

edit: Ahh, nevermind I see that's something different.
Cool! Maybe we'll see them do this with the Dark Gifts and the ones from Theros too.

No, those are the names of the new feats.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
