Counterpoint to the lack of a "wizard bloodline" origin: Most of the existing origins other than draconic bloodline and maybe divine soul are incredibly vague about what actually happened to cause the character's magic. Who's to say that, for example, wild magic isn't the same force by which powerful wizards inadvertently cause spellstorms in some lore? Or that a shadow magic sorcerer wasn't "exposed" to the "fell energies" of the Shadowfell by being the child of a necromancer?
