So how would you work this a Dwarf with Dwarven Fortitude & Durable and a Con of 20 decides to dodge? Roll hit die + 5 Con to heal hit points. But minimum rolled equals twice your Con modifier or +5 +5 = +10 So does that equal minimum 15 healed hit points?
They are separate action. One is when you Dodge, one is an additional choice for your Bonus Action. They do not interact.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I believe they're asking about the 2014 version of Durable, which states that when you spend a hit die to heal yourself, the minimum you can heal is double your constitution modifier.
In which case, it works by taking a Dodge action and spending a hit die that you roll and add your constitution modifier to as normal, but you treat any value you get that's less than 10 as being 10, as Durable doesn't add any sort of modifiers to the die roll, it just changes what the minimum value you can get is.

10. The minimum number of hit points you regain from Hit Die roll equals twice your Constitution modifier, which is 10 instead of 6 normally without the Durable feat.
