So my DM has the master tier, we are knew to using the dnd beyond MAPS VTT. That being said I've figured out with him hot to put tokens on the map and starts encounters etc etc. But from what I've seen there should be options on the tokens to include the players tokens to put HP circle around the token or have a HP Bar. Heck we don't even see a TOKEN MENU when we click on the token. All I can do is put a black circle around the token or lock the tocken or hide it or rename it, thats it. Any help? How can we manage the health interactively from the character sheet to the VTT?

None of those things are actual features in Maps VTT (not yet, at least).
There is a whole dnd beyond up video that shows health tokens on the enemies. How come not for players? I feel like this is a basic thing. Players on a battlefield should be able to look at our tokens and see how hurt we are. They shouldn't have to ask. So, If I take damage and deduct from my character sheet, it should auto correct within the VTT as well and a border should lighten in color or something. Same thing for us seeing enemies. Idk I feel like this should have been a basic feature from day one.

I wrote that article, so I can tell you there's no "health token on enemies" feature, at least not one resembling one you're describing. You can add coloured rings to tokens to indicate conditions or statues.

Players health is tracked on their character sheets, where they're doing all of their interaction with the VTT except moving their token. The video you showed is the DM's view where they're tracking the monsters that don't have a full character sheet.
Yes I'm tracking this but the other players in the campaign have no way of knowing whats left on my health or enemy health. Players have to go and open my character sheet say my healer to see my health. That's not good or how it should be. ON a battlefield I shouldnt have to ASK someone their health or have to go to their character sheet. There should be some indications for players to know how hurt others are, its part of battle. Too include us knowing how hurt the enemy is. We as players in this VTT have NO WAY of seeing this on the VTT Maps. I feel like this is a crucial piece missing and roll20 has had it for a couple years now.
Players asking each other how much HP their characters have, or the DM asking a player, is a completely normal part of gameplay, so I'm not sure where your incredulity is originating from. Even when I'm playing full online with VTT and VC, I'll ask my players for information. It just keeps everyone involved and tbh even as a DM, digging through a players sheet to get information rather than asking them feels weird.
Not at all for me and my MANY years of playing even in fighting it RP. Again, I agree you should never have to go into a character sheet to look. The battlefield should be telling you everything you need to know. I'ma tell you right now if I'm a cleric and I'm asking every single turn whats your HPs, you just lost me as a player not fun at all there's absolutely no RP in that. The problem is, I think this new age players don't know how to RP ALL THE TIME to include on the battlefield, said what I said.
You cannot "RP all the time", that's nonsensical. D&D is a game and you a required to treat it as such at points in order to engage with it as such. Literally no one plays D&D by RP'ing 100% of the time.
Also how on earth is the battlefield "telling you" everything you need to know when you're not using a vtt, such as playing in person without a digital tabletop, or using theatre of the mind? What you're describing sounds like a niche version of a specific subset of play styles.
But we are using VTT and trust it's been a huge thing I hate growing up playing tabletop always having to ask. I feel if I'm on the battlefield I can look over and see a player is done, or bloody or severely bloody or hurt.
So, with technology and playing for a long time now, yea I feel like the VTT should be able to tell me anything I want to a good certain degree. They may be somethings, to include as a DM, that I might have to open a character sheet for. I don't feel I'm alone on this as far as the VTT should be showing all health enemies and players. Maybe I am but the group I play with, we all agree and thats about 10 of us there.
If you're "on the battlefield" in the RP sense, you don't know your fellow players health. And most DMs do NOT want the players to know more than bloodied for enemies, which is marked by coloured circles in the VTT (when you manually do it).
Again, I disagree massively. When you're on a "battlefield" you can easily look over and see if someones really hurt, on the ground dead, screaming for help, barely cut etc etc. Yes I can the MANUAL colored circles, so now I have to create a KEY for my guys that say hey.. red circle means very hurt, yellow circle means minor. . Like really its 2025, I'm not trying to be mean here fellas I'm being realistic and making playing easier on a battlefield in the VTT. I've played with many DMs and the notion of you saying most DMs dont want us to know enemy is not true again.
But you're telling me no no no when roll20 does all this already. food for thought

I know I'm not disagreeing with your assertion that VTTs can support this. I would disagree that they should (or even must) support this to facilitate play because it's not a necessity. You can play without such a feature, because otherwise how did and do people play without VTTs? I would also disagree with the validity/reasonability/rationality of your whole "RP ALL THE TIME" comment, but at this point I must only assume that was hyperbole.
I've played with many DMs and the notion of you saying most DMs dont want us to know enemy is not true again.
You're definitely playing a different style of game to most people then. D&D is a game of team communication, but the idea that the DM is giving more than "Bloodied" is one of those "People on YouTube have said you should", things that aren't implemented by most DMs. Like "You should roll initiative at the end of the last combat". Great theory, works for some, but that's not the norm.
Knowing whether your big hit will take down the BBEG is supposed to be suspenseful, and DMs generally are more descriptive than numerical.
"The ogre has one hit point left" is boring and dry.
"The ogre is staggering, blood streaming down it's face, one arm barely able to lift. He looks like he's almost done, but he's still standing for now." is far more the norm.
NO I think you all are not undertsanding maybe this is me.. I dont want to see the HPS there needs to be a border on the tokens and when HP's are being deducted from the character sheet the token in VTT itself, the border should lighten or darker depending on what you want colors to represent. WHich in turn means on his bloody.. or hes ok. You all are talking about me knowing hps and its not what ive said. Ive said the HPs should be talking with VTT to show how hurt someone is. The VTT does not do that automatically. YOu have to yourself as a DM create a key for what diferent boarder colors mean, and to me thats not good.
We just disagree with you. Quite strongly, in my case.

Nope, you've been quite clear about not using any player-to-player communication to communicate how healthy a character is, whatever form that information takes. What we're saying is that's a very atypical approach to playing the game. Verbally communicating to the table information such as how wounded a character is—be that with "I'm doing badly", or "I'm bloodied", or "I'm at quarter health" or even "I have 24 out of 56 hit points"—is the common way of playing the game. This whole "We never break character, even to discuss game mechanics, and instead just look at each others sheets" style of play is something I've never heard of until now.

It almost seems like the video I watched with the big update that happened this year, my DMs VTT didnt receive or isnt updated at all to it.

You're definitely playing very differently from the majority of groups, I've never even heard this style before.
"How are you looking [character A]?"
"Pretty good/pretty hurt right now"
Is a pretty common interaction in DnD to make healing decisions.
