So, having finished up the campaign that I have been playing in, my group is getting ready to move on to campaign 2 and for this second campaign, our DM is going to do a prologue, so he asked us to create characters to play through the prologue with and characters to play through the actual campaign with.
The prologue is intended to introduce the world for the second campaign and to cover a period of time since the end of our first and the beginning of our second campaigns.
All our prologue characters are going to die at the end of the prologue, so our DM told us that we can create any character we want for the prologue. We can use any race, any class, we can even play as one of the races that are usually not playable races, so devils, celestial, demons - as long as we don't actually play a god or anything. Basically the prologue is just supposed to be a bit of fun that is going to introduce us to the world of the second campaign and summarise what has been happening in the time between the two.
Nothing we do in the prologue will actually affect the world, so we can just have fun and play a character that we have always wanted to play but never been able to because of world constraints or something.
Anyway, three of my group has chosen to create characters from 80s cartoons.
Skeletor - Fallen Aasimar Necromancer
SHE-RA - Druidic Aasimar Protector (of nature)
Shredder - Tiefling Rogue, Assassin
So I thought that I would stick with the theme of 80s cartoons and create HE-MAN. At first I thought that I would create him as an Aasimar Barbarian/Warlock multiclass but now I am not sure. Because the prologue is just a bit of fun and I can use any race and any class for my character, I really want one that's going to be fun to play - while still sticking with HE-MAN has the base idea for my character.
Any ideas on what the best race/class/multiclass could be for HE-MAN? Baring in mind that anything is up for grabs here, as long as its not a god or anything because we are all meant to die at the end of the prologue.

How about barbarian/paladin mix? You didn't say what level you'd be but the paladin half could call the green tiger as his mount, and the barbarian part would enhance AC and survivability through unarmoured defence and rage. Human, of whichever variety.
I like that idea, but I’d probably go straight fighter. He-Man is a great example of a heroic warrior to me. I’d take Great Weapon Fighting and the Champion archetype. If you need to have a tiger, I’d make it a well trained mount similar to a war horse.
If we go off of the original He-Man from the original comic books. He is a barbarian pure and simple that's all he is. I would probably choose path of the ancestors, since gray school is his ancestor. He has a girdle of giant strength which is the metal chest plate thing. And I would most likely say bracers of defense. The original He-Man did not have the power sword he had a huge great ax and a shield or a battle ax and a shield. He was a human.
If I were going to build him I would build him based off of the original comic books.
