I'm very new do dnd beyond and I'm having some trouble creating this magical if anyone can help me what I should input in each category, I'd be very pleased.
This glass staff seems to shift and change constantly, as if it cannot stay on the same form for long. At its to there is a blue gem engraved in it, and, from it, lightning seems to flows through the staff.
While attuned to it you gain the following benefits.
Your spell attacks and spell save DC inrease by 2.
You can cast the Call Lightning spell once per long rest.
You can cast the Shatter and [Thunder wave] spell twice per long rest each.
You gain 3 extra sorcery points, which recharge after a long rest.
Anytime you cast a spell that deals lightning or thunder damage, and rolls a one or two, you can reroll that die and must use the new result.
Also, some feedback on it would be nice ! I know it's posefpow, but it is supposed to be !
In general, I am blunt and to the point. I apologize in advance if I appear mean or rude.
I am an engineer. If there is a problem for which there is no current solution, I may suggest a workaround that accomplishes most of it. It is not that I don't understand the issue, rather, that I am trying to get you closer to what you want.
I have been DMing since shortly after the release of 5E and occasionally have the opportunity to be a player. I also happen to be a L1 Magic Judge.
Additional point in attunement, and sorcery points on a non-sorcerer are potentially exceedingly difficult.
For the first point, it's only for spells, not other CHA rolls/calculations, correct?

The last point would be something D&D Beyond doesn't need to handle (as it has no interaction on the background mechanical level only on the active mechanic, that of interpreting and rolling the dice). Thus it can be just a part of the flavour text and power descriptions as a reminder to a player that they can make the re-rolls.

Thanks !
So is this for sorcerers only?

Yes, why ?

Yes. Just spell attack and spell DC

Okay ! Thanks a lot !
For the last point, is there an option ?
I think the reroll option should be written as a power in the "snippet" section.
What ?

Oh, thanks !
For the spell, where should I put them ? On the spells part ? On the description part only ?
I usually put that kind of bit in the description section. Though if it is more convenient for you to put it with the spells that can work as well.
