I want some of the classes from 4e... 4e had a LOT of options. 5e is catching up in some places, but there are still some classes I miss. I'm happy to play both editions and just get certain things more in one game and other stuff from another, but... I hope to see more added back in. (I want to try my hand at an Invoker! Maybe just for a one shot/single session, since it's very different from my usual, but I'd be willing to take a break from my endless parade of rogues for that)
I personally would love WotC made a book that went indept into the Deity / Patreon of the DnD Settings.
I do however understand that should a book could be very niche, so a more wide wish would be Al-Quadim Sourcebook with inclusion of the Sha'ir class or a Dragonlance Sourcebook.
Psionics, Spelljammer, Immortals, and lots and lots and lots of magic items and artifacts. I'm a big fan of Matt Mercer's vestiges of divergence and I feel like those will be an actual canon thing come March.

The vestiges are coming out in the new book, at least a few of them, more evil flavored ones.

I think that’s what he meant

They said, "I feel like those will be an actual canon thing". If they meant it, okay, just letting them know unless they didn't.

2nd Ed council of Wyrms. An entire campaign setting based around Dragon PCs. Someone did a decent 5e version on GM binder but i'd love something official.
I kind of want a fantasized version of Hunger Games, combined with Birthright. It would have to somehow make 'not' killing each others' characters an incentive within the competition.
I know its not from an older edition but I would love it if we could get Wizkids "Wardlings" Setting and rules. I think a party full of kids could be fun.
But my all-time fav source books for 3.5 were "slaves of the moon" and "fang & fury". Slaves let you build your lycan as a player class who slowly evolved his controll over the infection instead of just dumping everything at once on you. They also had lycan specific prestige classes & feats exclusively for the were creatures. Fang was somewhat similar, but with vamp specific prestige classes & feats.

I'd like to see some more setting/adventure books take place in different regions of the Realms - specifically Al-Quadim and Kara-Tur.
I'd love to see a Yawning Portal style book bringing some more classic modules to 5e. Number one on my list would be The Desert of Desolation Trilogy.
As for other settings - I'll echo what previous posters have said regarding Krynn, Greyhawk, Spelljammer, etc.
Finally - more Domains of Dread and possibly a Shadowfell/Feywild supplement of some sort.
A shadowfell/feywild adventure would be amazing.

Birthright! Lords bound to their lands, their rule being reflected by the land itself. Leading armies and casting spells that affect entire countries.
Another vote for Planescape. Bringing a bit of life, mundanity (atleast the living part) and context to planar stuff!

Yes! I'm actually running a campaign using those rules!
Let evil fall and Light prevail!
Incarnum

Planescape MOST definitely. Also some of the old spells like Glassteel
I haven't played any previous editions, but some of the old spells sound great, and we need them in 5e.
Epic levels, as well, we need it.

I have a lot of nostalgia for the original deities and demigods. I’m not sure if it would be at all useful for 5e though.
What I would love to see would be them to update/reinterpret isle of dread and some other classic Mystara adventures into a new adventure book.
Legendary Bundle ~ Master Tier
+1 planescpe & dark sun settings
