Dnd beyond compatible?...nothing as far as I know. The powers that be are working on that though. Hopefully before the end of the year DnDb will be all you need.
What's most commonly used is a mix of discord and roll 20 or table top simulator, but with TTS you and your players need to pay for a subsciption.
If you use the Chrome browser, you can install an extension that allows players to play with the DnDBeyond character sheets and have the results show up in either Roll20, Foundry, or now with the latest release, Discord.
I use it with Roll20, and this allows the players to simply use Roll20 to display a map and move tokens around. Everything else is automated by the Chrome extension. No more Roll20 character sheets, having to program macros, etc. It's now dead simple for the players.
The DM will need to be a bit more involved with Roll20 if they use the initiative tracker, drawing on the maps and other minor features, but the players just need to log in, and click on things in the DnDBeyond character sheets.
Our Discord uses the Avrae bot, which can pull info from your character sheet to be able to play using Discord, including some high quality audio rooms as well! ( https://discord.gg/dndbeyond )
Our group is looking to go to online gaming , webcams etc. what system should we use that is dnd beyond compatible?
thanks

I need to look this stuff up. Cause as is I'm not the biggest fan of how roll20 works.

For other advice, Todd and I did a whole Todd Talks about playing online (https://youtu.be/_ThfJ3NTdC4) and James Haeck just did a whole write up with links and everything! (https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/750-new-players-guide-how-to-play-d-d-online)
I hope this helps!
