I have purchased EGW here on DnD beyond and wanted to give my players an essentially naked map of Wildemount with only key known locations on it marked (Major cities like Zadash and Nicodranas) to give them the chance to explore and find locations on the world naturally. Does anyone know where I can find a good player friendly map of Wildemount? On the actual EGW book page there is a great map of what I am looking for but it is very small and does not get any bigger then what I have shown below and that is a bit disappointing.
This is the first time I have seen a map of this land. What little I know of geology, what a land should look like, it strikes me that everything here (aside from the desolation of Blightshore which I am sure has an explanation) fits good geological explanations except for the area right around the Dwendalaen empire. That's the one area where there are mountains that can't be explained via plate tectonics or volcanic activity and has a river that splits in a way rivers simply do not naturally split.
I bet that is the area that the designer created first and had totally locked in place and by the time they got around to making the rest, they had learned a little bit more about how to make it look more natural.
I found a link to this same map in a slightly larger size.

The high resolution version of the map is 9300x6600 pixels, which is pretty large!
Head to the compendium here and click the green "view in high resolution" button.
I'll have a look on Monday, to see if we're able to add a version without all of the text labels.
I have tried that but it still opens or saves to the same size of how I posted it here. The image default name is 00-Poster-Map-850 which is the biggest dimension I can open it or save it at, 850 x 547.
Yeah I have that one, but as I saw you posted you will see on Monday if you can add one without labels and text and that is what I am after, so hopefully on Monday I can get access to that 😊
You should now see another green button below the map image on that page, "View map without place names" which is a version of the map with the text removed.
Oh the one without place names is very useful for me. Thank you very much. I have been running Frozen Sick and now go into home brew campaign in the region and want to add my own stuff. Additionally players don’t see where the main places are.
Hope I am asking this in the right location.

Don't click on the map itself, click the green button, labelled, "View High Resolution Version" (see below) - this opens a different image.

... now that is some delightfully excellent customer-responsiveness on Beyond's part! Bravo!
Thank you so much! You all rock :)
