I am a newbie, been wanting to play DnD since a kid but never had a proper DM to play with. Is there an Issekai type of campaign on here? Also, just made a character bought a lvl1 advendture campain (i think)...but dunno how/where to start.
Technically Forgotten Realms could be considered one since canonically, according to lore, Earth and Toril were at some point somewhat closer and then drifted apart. Hence the name "Forgotten" (no one on Toril calls their Realms "Forgotten" obviously, they are forgotten to us, humans on Earth).
So if you really want, you could transport some unlucky souls from Earth to Toril. I say unlucky because surviving on Sword Coast is the most extreme of sports :D
D&D has never really embraced the issekai idea. The closest to it is Planescape, since anyone can accidentally stumble through a portal into Sigil and get left stranded there with no easy way to return home.
But if your GM wants it, you can technically play an issekai campaign in any setting

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Uhmmmmm...I’m not sure if I am ready for “the most extreme of sports” as you put it...I’m a big fan of D&D unfortunately I would absolutely be useless until I get my feet wet (looks down on his feet)
Any setting of D&D can be an iseaki very easily, and for a new player it's awesome because while you're just "playing yourself" eventually you can start to think about how you might have evolved as a person if the events of D&D were unfolding, and how that might change you. New Players also don't have to worry about "metagaming" and just knowing everything there is to know about kobolds and goblins and dragons etc.
Yeah something like that...I wanna keep that “I’m a guy in a brand new totally different world I know of theme” since I am a noob...but also would I be able to bring guns in or fashion myself a makeshift one and explosives since that’s the weapon I am more familiar with...kinda thing
The point of an isekai story is that you're plopped into a new world. Typically that means you have no equipment. And even if you could bring a gun, you'd have a limited supply of ammo. As for making a gun, unless you've already got the skills to do so in real life (and that means forging it from raw materials that are available in a Medieval setting, not putting one together from a kit), you're SOL.
Also, gunpowder explicitly doesn't work in the Forgotten Realms setting- they have smoke powder, a magical substance that isn't as powerful. This is due to Gond, the god of invention, disallowing gunpowder so his church can control the manufacturing and proliferation of firearms.

Ooooh man...”gods” (rolling eyes)...well that sucks but I want to play all the more and make these “gods” pay (takes an oath of revenge). This is sooo nice it’s creating some sort of backstory for my future character, if ever I get to join a group ;)

I mean, Gods/Deities are a thing in D&D. They aren’t all bad guys, but they aren’t like your typical faith where everyone worships this thing that no one can prove. In 5th Edition, Gond EXISTS. He can walk the planet. He has spoken directly to followers. He directly answers the cries of help from higher level clerics for help/intervention.
Their existence is powerful and they great powers to their believers. That can be an important part of your backstory too, maybe you in real life are not religious but once you go to this place where it’s no longer up for debate that Gods are there, because THEY ARE THERE, how would your character react? Are there deities that align with your own beliefs? That kind of stuff.
I saw multiple posts and memes joking about the official adventure module Curse of Strahd being an Isekai world. If you want to run an Isekai inspired campaign, I assume it could a candidate, however it is a very grim and dark setting, which is quite different from the typical anime Isekai world. Take that for your consideration.
Like others said before me, any D&D setting could be shaped and changed by the DM any way they like, and that easily includes forging an Isekai plot. Dropping characters from a different world to a campaign settings doesn't really require too much effort for adjusting the world(s) - more towards adjusting the plot.
Good luck and have fun with your campaign.

Oh ok...Planescape...sounds interesting. How do I find a group to play with there...?
Love the tag on the bottom of your post btw (is that called a tag)...”Canon” and “Cannon” :D
