In a small, fertile valley in the northwest of the Cliffkeep Mountains is a small village founded by Tal’Dorei homesteaders just ten years ago. This simple settlement of Reaching Bluff is inhabited by hardy folk seeking new places to mine gold and iron from the earth. Many unpleasant exiles from Kraghammer have joined them, so while this village has a charming, rustic atmosphere, few travelers stay for long. The hostility toward outsiders is palpable to all.
This insular attitude has only grown more hostile following the discovery of a gleaming dodecahedron about the size of a human head. One of the miners who unearthed it found that her pickaxe barely scratched its surface—and when struck, it began emanating a radiant, internal golden glow. This mystical object was returned to the village foredwarf, and before the day was out, all the villagers had learned of it. The people of Reaching Bluff call it the Lost Beacon of Unknown Light, and worship it as a god.
This is a place where if you go, you go for a reason. What reason could your characters possibly have for traveling to such a remote place? Are they on the run and want to get as far away from civilization as possible? Perhaps you are an adventure sent to investigate the sight of giantkin in alarming numbers starting to make movements. Were you sent by the Ashari of Terrah or the other three tribes to investigate this Lost Beacon of Unknown Light? Or perhaps you were sent from another continent all together where the tales of such a beacon sparked interested in a certain Dynasty? whatever the reason, this seemingly insignificant village will be remembered as one of the sparks to light a great fuse. One of many pebbles that will unleash a rumbling. The Rumbling.
Alright, you will be starting at lv 3 and rolling for stats. Your stats must have a combined total of 72 with at least one score being a 15 or higher. You re roll until both requirements are met. 2024 rules will be used but your stats and starting feat wont be determined by your background. You can choose those as you see fit. It is one of the few things about the new rules I don't like. Post application here as mentioned below.

FYI. Halfling Barbarian, is this a joke character? No it is not. With the 24 rules, species only define their abilities. Halflings got their nimbleness and i believe that will give her a tactical advantage. Not considering your house rules, which i will accept unconditionally ofc. Small sized creatures are not limited (much) by their size. They have the same movement and can use the same weapons/feats/etc as anyone if they have the attributes for it.

Bio: Lorenzo is the creation of a man who wanted to create life. What he instead got was a robot that looked human. Lorenzo’s goal is to one day become a real person and fulfill his father’s wish. He doesn’t have much experience with the world, at least not that he knows. Most of his memories seems to be missing, as he can’t recall anything from before the last year. He knows one thing, he was built to fight. His father taught him that his goal would be one he would have to work hard to achieve in a world that may not accept him.

Anything noteworthy your character has done to get to lv 3?: Built attachments (spell casting) and trained in combat for over a year to prepare himself for the world that he was entering.
Things you or your character want to do or experience: Just life in general! He is new to life so most things will be unknown to him. Viewing them with a sort of serious suspicion but childlike curiosity.

He also does not have a license but then again who cares about licensing these days!
Anything noteworthy your character has done to get to lv 3?: Engaged in a serious workout montage (think Rocky 3) and beat up a few bandits along the way. Also survived a fey wedding where he was the best man
