Hello community!
In 2021 we introduced subscriber perks as an additional benefit to both Hero and Master tier subscribers, with each month featuring digital dice, character sheet frames, or backdrops. As we continue into 2022, we want to take a look at the kinds of subscriber perks that excite you the most, and if there are any other sorts of things you'd love to see in the future.
Whether you're a current subscriber, past subscriber, or never subscriber before, we'd love to hear your thoughts. This survey should take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

I get bombarded by the damned pop-ups for subscriber perks all the time.. dice, vecna, whatever. I have a master tier subscription, so thanks for popping that stuff into my face.
But I've been a subscriber for 7 or 8 months or even longer, and I have NEVER been able to CLICK on those darn pop-ups to GET to the darn Perks... nope.. I have no idea what the Vecna Perks are supposed to be..
When I click on the Link, I get to a page where I APPEAR to not be logged in.. when I then log in, I get to a different page.. still cannot click on the link to find the perks..
Can you guys PLEASE fix that darn system and make a PAGE where paying customers can see an overview of their perks?
The link is sending you to the subscriber page. There is a section on the subscriber page that displays the current month's subscriber perks. That is why it is sending you there.
As a subscriber, you don't have to do anything to get your perks. They are automatically added to your account. Most of the perks are character sheet cosmetics and can be found when you go to change the frame/theme/background of your character(s). Sometimes we get dice and those can be found on the My Dice page.
You can also confirm that you have received your monthly perk by checking the Current Product Licenses section on the Marketplace tab of your Account.
Nothing is broken here. Maybe just needs to be communicated better?
Didn't realize that they were somewhat coded in the product licenses.. there's no description of what it is either.
But I did find the overview of the backdrops on the subscriptions site.
Should still be possible to simply show an overview of the current perks to active subscribers that are actually logged into the site instead of leading them to the same "subscribe now!!!!!!" site...
My subscription is not registering and it has me in a loop of registering and logging back in, but nothing is being done. Is there something going on with the subscriptions?

yea i don't see a vecna perk either
