A bit surprised to see a third druid when she was in pursuit of the other one, Zefla still notches an arrow and pulls back the sting on her bow, letting the arrow fly at the druid.
Attack: 23, Damage: 8
Then she retreats 20' back down the hallway, watching the doorway. To Giles, In the kitchen, check the pantry. I found a third.
Nettle flies from Soren's shoulder at the twig blight that is chasing them into the wine wagon room, flapping her wings to help before flying back, but the druid fumbles with the arrow and his shot at the corrupted creature is errant, skittering off the edge of the stone corner separating them.
SorenLongbow to hit blight (with advantage): 10 SorenLongbow damage: 9 piercing
Grimacing in disgust, Soren retreats further, NE-->N-->N-->N and glances outside to make sure the blighted creatures they had seen in the vineyards around the winery are not approaching. (No bonus action, Bramble is out of line of sight). Soren wonders how Zefla and now Giles are faring upstairs...
Thorn favors Burr with a wolfish grin in return, lolling his tongue a little before sinking his teeth into the next blight. (Assuming Burr is attacking the one to the W or SW of him, so Thorn again attacks the one to the W of himself and S of Burr with advantage from Pack Tactics).
Thorn maul/bite to hit blight (with advantage): 22 Thorn maul/bite damage: 13 piercing (The spirit wolf stays put, jaws slavering and eyes almost completely feral now).
Zeflastays just long enough to see her arrow strike the newest druid then she retreats back down the hall.
Sorenfails to strike the twig blight chasing him. Looking outside, he sees that the mists seem to have gathered tightly around the winery, blanketing it in thick fog. He cannot see very far into the fields, but at the moment he cannot see any approaching blights from outside.
Thornchews up another blight.
[Only Zeflasees/hears this.]
From inside the room at the end of the hall, she hears an angry word muttered in a strange language, and then a sound like the leather straps of a corset being drawn tight.
Druid 3 casts [spell[barkskin[/spell].
Then a woman's voice from the room cries out, harshly, "Feeble friends of the ravens! Go, now, oh ambassadors of the agonized land! Devour the defiant... embrace them in a never-ending nightmare!"
At these words, one of the vine-creatures slithers out into the hall. If possible, it seems to move even more slowly than the twig-creatures downstairs.
Burrcontinues his laborious work, obliterating yet another of the horde of twig blights with his maul.

Giles replies back to Zefla quickly, “Right. On it!” and he runs forward into the next room, the kitchen/dining room and turns to the right, seeing the floor to ceiling pantry. He thinks to himself, “Looks like a hiding place to me. M’Lady, guide my hand!” Standing 10 feet away or so, he uses his mage hand to throw open the doors and if any Druid or other ne’er-do-well is hiding in there, he uses his telekinetic shove to shove them up against the shelves, hoping any supplies, bottles, goods fall on them.
Gilesmoves into the kitchen and takes up position 10' away from the pantry door, with the long kitchen table between him and the closet. He braces himself for a telekinetic shove as he positions his mage hand. Taking a breath, he orders the mage hand to fling open the pantry door. Its hinges already compromised by some unknown prior violence, the pantry door clatters off the wall and falls to the floor, revealing... only a ransacked pantry, most of its preserves and other durable goods smashed and spilled out upon the floor. He is left looking at an empty closet, standing over a table covered in rich, earthy smelling mushrooms. As he considers what to do next he hears a voice bark something out in a strange language from back in the bedroom [readied spell goes off...].
Downstairs, the blights continue to fill in the spaces of their fallen comrades, though the dead blights now outnumber the living.
The blights all attack with their claws, but only two of them connect with meaningful blows.
Attack on Burr: 22 Damage: 3
Attack on Thorn: 15 Damage: 3
Round 5!
The swarm of ravens in the Fermentation Room continue their revenge, swooping down and tearing apart yet another Twig Blight. Only 5 remain.
In the loading dock, Sorenhears a scrabbling sound from the ramp at the end of the hall. It sounds like something is coming up from a lower, basement level...
Upstairs, Gileshears movement from back in the bedroom (almost like someone climbing out from under the bed), then the by now familiar sound of the hidden door opening and closing. At the same time, from above him, Sorenhears the sound of footsteps and a raspy male voice casting a spell. He recognizes the telltale incantation of the shillelagh cantrip, and a muttering in druidic:
“Nature bows to my every whim, for I have the vampire’s staff!”

Soren does not like the look of the gathering fog outside one bit, remembering the way the fog outside Saint Andral's seemed to seek a way in, its encroachment perhaps halted by the now stolen relic. As he hears the shillelagh spell and the foreboding words spoken in druidic from just upstairs, not to mention seeing the new enemies trudging up the ramp from downstairs, a pit of dread settles in Soren's stomach. He remembers the words spoken among his old pack, back in Neverwinter Wood. When the cold winds blow and evil presses upon the land, the pack survives but the lone wolf dies...
"Friends," he shouts. "A corrupted druid is upstairs readying for battle. He claims nature bends to his will because he possesses the vampire's staff."
Soren's mouth twists into a snarl just relaying these blasphemous words. With a deep breath, he continues. "What's more, new enemies approach from down the ramp. They are just outside the large cask room by the eastern door. Leave the twig blights to the ravens and come help!"
A grim look passes between half-elven druid and owl. Nettle flies up the hatch upstairs and, seeing the dark druid with the vampire staff, dive bombs him, defecating in his face (taking the help action) before winging up near the ceiling to the SE corner of the room, telepathically telling Soren what she sees.
Calling on the memories of his mother's Fey Touched magic, Soren peers upwards and vanishes into mist, reappearing on the west-central edge of the hatch on the upper floor, longbow already drawn with arrow nocked. "Silvanus is not so easily laid low," he growls as he looses (an un-silvered arrow).
Bonus Action: Misty Step without expending a spell slot, using his Fey Touched feat.
Action: Sorenlongbow to hit the dark druid with vampire staff (advantage due to help): 18 Sorenlongbow damage: 11 piercing
Movement: Soren immediately circles the hatch counter-clockwise to the SE corner so Nettle can land on his shoulder, his eyes locked in a death stare at his foe.
Thorn: The spirit wolf hears Soren's call but in his feral frenzy, cannot resist attacking the twig blight to his W (just S of Burr, with Pack Tactics)
Thorn maul/bite to hit twig blight to his W (advantage due to Pack Tactics): 26 (natural 20) Thorn maul/bite damage: 14 piercing
Thorn: had 30/30 and 2 Temp HP, now has 29/30hp. Glancing east, the spirit wolf is torn, not wanting to run back and take opportunistic attacks from the remaining twig blights, while putting himself in range of the new enemies. He stays put for now. Besides there are more twig blights right here...
Hearing Soren's shout, Zefla hopes that is the one she saw earlier and not that there is another bad druid to deal with. She watches as the twiggy people come barreling out of the last room. Stashing her bow, she pulls out her dagger and shortsword and charges forward.
Wanting to tear through these creatures to the real issue behind, she attacks with her shortsword (Attack: 16, Dam: 10) then with her dagger (Attack: 13, Dam: 7) trying to work through to the druid.
She calls back loudly so the others can hear, "There is another druid in the back room up here!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zeflacharges the vine creature, stabbing and slashing, cutting off long lengths or dead, ropy vines. The creature seems badly wounded, but doesn't succumb or back down.
Sorenpierces the muttering druid with an arrow before stepping back to put more space between them. The filthy man, his mouth and teeth covered in a blood-like red paste, and now his face smeered with magical owl spirit feces, just smiles madly at him. Soren can see a second arrow protruding from his leg - most likely courtesy of Zefla. He seems badly wounded, but also seems unconcerned by any of this. "Hear me, hollow soul!," he rasps. "You're no unicorn fantasist, it is plain to see. Redeem thyself... Join us... join the true circle, the true disciples of the land, of the ancient land! The ritual is tonight! The corruption will be given form, the soil shall drink the tears of the fallen, and the roots shall feast upon the rotting corpses of those who defy the eternal order! Embrace our demise, for it is as inevitable as the cycle of the mists. The ancient one laughs, and the land shall echo with the cacophony of the futile struggles of all that clings to life! Embrace the darkness, for resistance is but a feeble plea in the symphony of perpetual decay!"
Thornannihilates another blight, happily rag-dolling it around before dropping its wooden corpse to the floor of the Fermentation room.
Back at the west end of the upstairs, Zeflahears another spell being cast from inside the room. [Druid casts shillelagh.] Then she hears the woman's voice call for the vine blights to keep moving. Blocked up by Zefla, only one is out in the hall with her and the other is still inside the room. The one in the hall, wounded but lacking any semblance of self preservation, extends its arms toward her and vines attempt to encircle her...
Constrict. Attack: 7 Damage: 10 bludgeoning damage, and a Large or smaller target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the blight can’t constrict another target.
The other blight is still inside the room... but suddenly the floors and walls around her begin to sprout brown, dead leaves and tendrils of grey vines...
Entangling Plants (Recharge 5–6). Grasping roots and vines sprout in a 15-foot radius centered on the blight, withering away after 1 minute. For the duration, that area is difficult terrain for nonplant creatures. In addition, each creature of the blight’s choice in that area when the plants appear must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or become restrained. A creature can use its action to make a DC 12 Strength check, freeing itself or another entangled creature within reach on a success.
[To resolve all this for Zefla...
if the Constrict attack hits, Zeflais grappled and restrained by that blight.
either way, she must make a DC 12 STR save against the Entangling Plants attack. If she fails, she is also restrained by that effect.
On her next turn, if she is grappled and restrained by the constrict attack, but not the Entangling Plants attack, she can attempt to break the grapple by using her action with either a DC 12 athletics or acrobatics check. or...
On her next turn, if she is restrained by both effects, or by only the Entangling Plants effect, then she can attempt to escape but it must be a DC athletics check (acrobatics no longer an option).]

Giles turns and looks to the east, cursing under his breath “Damn!” as he hears the Druid escape him and head for the secret door and stairs. He hears Zefla’s shout that another is upstairs at the western end of the building, so he moves into the hallway, just to the west of the stairs in the mid portion of the building. He sees her entangled within an animated vine monster, shocked and startled by what has transpired. “Oh no! Gotta get you out of there!”
He focuses his concentration on his telekinetic mage hand, having it move and grab hold of Zefla, hopefully pulling her out of the grasp of the Vine Blight. (Telekinetic feat to pull her 5 feat east out of the grip of the thing, DC 13 Strength check. If unable to do this, he hopes to at least give her help in her check to escape the thing.)

Then she retreats 20' back down the hallway, watching the doorway. To Giles, In the kitchen, check the pantry. I found a third.
Burr grinned at the wolf, " Get 'em.", as he smashed at the next creature.
vs Twiggy Attack: 14 Damage: 14
Nettle flies from Soren's shoulder at the twig blight that is chasing them into the wine wagon room, flapping her wings to help before flying back, but the druid fumbles with the arrow and his shot at the corrupted creature is errant, skittering off the edge of the stone corner separating them.
Soren Longbow to hit blight (with advantage): 10
Soren Longbow damage: 9 piercing
Thorn maul/bite to hit blight (with advantage): 22
Thorn maul/bite damage: 13 piercing
(The spirit wolf stays put, jaws slavering and eyes almost completely feral now).

Zefla stays just long enough to see her arrow strike the newest druid then she retreats back down the hall.
Soren fails to strike the twig blight chasing him. Looking outside, he sees that the mists seem to have gathered tightly around the winery, blanketing it in thick fog. He cannot see very far into the fields, but at the moment he cannot see any approaching blights from outside.
Thorn chews up another blight.
[Only Zefla sees/hears this.]
Burr continues his laborious work, obliterating yet another of the horde of twig blights with his maul.

Movement : into kitchen/dining room
Action : Throw open pantry doors with mage hand
Bonus action : Shove anyone hiding there into the shelves and goods. (DC 13 strength save to avoid)
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Giles moves into the kitchen and takes up position 10' away from the pantry door, with the long kitchen table between him and the closet.
In the loading dock, Soren hears a scrabbling sound from the ramp at the end of the hall. It sounds like something is coming up from a lower, basement level...
Upstairs, Giles hears movement from back in the bedroom (almost like someone climbing out from under the bed), then the by now familiar sound of the hidden door opening and closing. At the same time, from above him, Soren hears the sound of footsteps and a raspy male voice casting a spell.

Action:
Soren longbow to hit the dark druid with vampire staff (advantage due to help): 18
Soren longbow damage: 11 piercing
Movement:
Soren immediately circles the hatch counter-clockwise to the SE corner so Nettle can land on his shoulder, his eyes locked in a death stare at his foe.
Thorn:
The spirit wolf hears Soren's call but in his feral frenzy, cannot resist attacking the twig blight to his W (just S of Burr, with Pack Tactics)
Thorn maul/bite to hit twig blight to his W (advantage due to Pack Tactics): 26 (natural 20)
Thorn maul/bite damage: 14 piercing

Zefla charges the vine creature, stabbing and slashing, cutting off long lengths or dead, ropy vines. The creature seems badly wounded, but doesn't succumb or back down.
Soren pierces the muttering druid with an arrow before stepping back to put more space between them.
Thorn annihilates another blight, happily rag-dolling it around before dropping its wooden corpse to the floor of the Fermentation room.
Back at the west end of the upstairs, Zefla hears another spell being cast from inside the room.

As a bonus action, he casts spiritual weapon, and an ethereal, floating great axe appears beside the vine blight, beginning to hack at it.
Spiritual Weapon (round 1/10) : 7 to hit, for 6 points of force damage.
