tatsat grits her teeth; awakening her frustrations, “I know not your name yet sir, but let us stay close; I will call upon the spirits of the moor to protect us, though your protection is needed too (she is asking to stay within your aura of protection)
tatsat moves forward into the paladin’s aura (presumably standing 5ft behind him, 10 ft if needed by spacing this location will be based on where Paladin moves)
she then calls upon her elders and the spirits in the stone walls come come protect her and her Allies: “though we be worse for ware, protect us from their basilic glare”
she kneels down (story flare not prone condition) for a moment as she casts spirits guardians… a vast array of fallen spirits awaiting a chance to fulfill their final requests and be released into the afterlife appear and begin swirling around her and the paladin in a 15ft emanation, as tatsat feels the paladins aura reinforce her conviction with his own.
Action: cast sprit guardians lvl 3 spell slot: 3d8 dmg (wis save for half) on entering or starting turn within 15ft of tatsat
reaction: if she does get successfully hit she uses shield spell to add +5 AC with a lvl 1 spell slot
(If they are within 30 ft of Paladin tatsat would have to roll con save to enter area first yes? Or can she close her eyes and get to where we wants to go? )

I reconsidered my ruling. I don't think it's an AoE. You dint have to roll the save unless the basilisk chooses you, it's weird though because it seems like a reaction but it's not listed as such, since it's dependent on pcs location and visibility at the start of their turn. If they just called it a reaction it would read clearly.
I tried maps again, haven't looked at it since alpha. It's not as feature rich as owlbeaer.rodeo or as mobile friendlu, but it has much better integration with DDBs other assets. There's a link in the chat.
This is the view from maps. It's got a 55 minutes session limit, but the invitation is persistent, so as long as I've started the session within the past hour, yo should always have access, unlike ownlvear the kicks players out each session end. Feel free to try it if you feel so inclined.

Heeding the warnings of his allies Koselig will look away toward the lake and take his best shot at where the enemy was last known to be or surmised to be at (disadvantage to attack).
This is the second round and attack of his Magic Stone spell he cast last round.

The Basilisk though immobile, still looks completely capable of fighting. It was wounded by stones thrown and seems to be bleeding from its ears after that mind spike, but no worse for wear than El with a nosebleed on Stranger Things. The other two also look mad.

Diabrix yells out " enjoy the fireworks" and then throws a spell landing just in front of the second basalisk(- and drops a Hypnotic pattern) - and causes glowing shapes to appear in the air, and then quickly disappear - Diabrix smiles, as he likes the way those patterns move in the air then fade out like fireworks with out the sounds...
(ooc - 30' cube centered on the 2nd one should have Sparhawk out of its range. all three monsters - wisdom save DC 15)
As a Bonus action - i start moving up into the air 2-3 feet and back 30 feet in case some escape the fireworks and enabling me to attack next round...(any idea how high these tunnels are, and this main area with water)... (ooc using geni fly ability)

It claims to time out after 55 minutes. Still better than owl bears invite expiration, but still pbp is clearly not even an afterthought for these devs. >

You're good. Initiative is side based so after round 1 doesn't matter much. Retcon here would be hard. In any case, you're up.

Screenshot are the standard, was hoping maps could help. Seems like the 55minite log out was actually intentionally added in a recent update.
