After a quick rallying bout of pep talk to focus himself, Lucas held out his staff, and then pulled at the air as if pulling on a bow string while spouting some nonsense about "Mind Ove Matter". The result: The formation of a thin purple mass of concentrated magic that was loosed just like an arrow straight for the head of one foe. But aside from some sharp gesture to potentially amplify the spell on the fly, Lucas can be seen heading deeper into the room while hugging the northern wall as much as possible.
Bonus Action: Cast (1st level)Healing Word on self, regaining 9 HP.
Action: Cast "Wizardly" Burst at Hidden Memory. (Lethal)Sorcererous Burst - Attack: 20 Damage: 7 of Psychic Damage. If any results is an 8 target will take additional damage. If one or both results is less than 5, spending 1 sorcerery point to reroll damage. (Shown in follow-up post)
Movement: 30ft west/left of current position (so if going by Anardil's map, Lucas would be at B-1 or as close to possible given ice storm difficult terrain).

Lucas’ spell is sufficient to drop Hidden Memory to the ground. There is now a single cultist ‘Dark Memory’ remaining and Passoveloce is up followed by Seraph and Gyaan in that order!

Passoveloce uses the fact that ‘Dark Memory’ is distracted by the fact that there is both a large Goliath armed with a wicked looking glaive and fully armoured Yuan-ti with a glowing blade looming over him - the last cultist - to dart in and sink his short sword deep in ‘Dark Memory’s back. The cultist collapses to the ground with a groan. With a slight smile to himself - as if it’s was a job well done - Passoveloce decides to immediately runs into the room that the Fire Mage had entered from. To his surprise the room which is 15 feet east west and 25 feet north south is completely empty except for four narrow cots against the north wall.
With no immediate hostiles in sight and sensing none on the approach, Lucas let out a long sigh of relief and leaned back against the nearby wall. "Ugh... Punkarse Wizards... facking rats." He groused before taking a swig of his waterskin. "Whooo-shaaa~ Okay, uhh.. Let's see now...Mmn.... That way.." Upon pushing off from the wall Lucas made his way over towards the northern door, and if it hadn't been opened, cracked just wide enough so he could have a listen/peek out into whatever adjoining room or hallway lay beyond it in search of any signs of cultists.
(OOC: If still technically in iniative, Lucas will use his bonus action to Search thanks to observant feat, and action to dodge simulate wariness about opening the door)
Anardil discovers as did Passoveloce that the room is completely empty.
Lucas opens the door enough to see that it is a 15 foot long corridor with a set of steps leading downwards. It appears that it may join up with another corridor heading east to west.

"Well, I'm not sure if one of'em managed to slip out 'fore I got into the room. But judging by the sounds of things past this door, ain't no reinforcements or whatnot coming that way at least." Lucas' gaze drifts briefly towards some of the bodies. "Annnd it doesn't seem like we'll be getting many answer from those chuckle****s... unless one of ya one know how to speak with dead? Passoveloce heads back into the room where the battle took place and collects his arrows and staff. While doing so he says to the others, "Either the ice mage could teleport, or he has turned invisible and run away through a secret door. We can either look for one, or go back and investigate the other way out of the previous room. I don't like leaving rooms behind that can enable others to cut off our exit. Meanwhile someone should check these bodies - especially the fire mage - to see if they were carrying anything interesting."

Lucas looked visibly taken aback by the news. But after seeming to pontificate over the matter for a moment or two more eh nods and reluctantly admits, "Yea, that checks out, 'cause that one ice spell had some range on it. I'm talk'n 5th circle at least. Which means odds are the rest of them are gonna be some tough customers."
Lucas seemed to rub his chin in further thought before snapping his fingers. "Welp! I doubt they'd have slipped out the way we came. Not with all that ice and snow left over to slow'em down and leave a trail, and-..."He side-eyes Gyaan. "Among other reasons...But-..." Lucas turns back to Passoveloce. "-if they did teleport out we're pretty hosed, so might as well try for the secret door thing. Which not to brag, but I'm pretty good at finding those. But if one or some of ya want, give that door to the south a once over would'ja? Just in case they gave ya the slip another way."
With that suggestion out of the way, Lucas made his way down the stairs into the room with all the cots Passoveloce originally ran into and started investigated the walls. If no one had followed him or weren't hovering too close, Lucas "relaxes" the shape of his hand so that in its natural pseudopod shape it would better feel out any cracks that might suggest a secret door.
(@DM: Don't know if you need an investigation check for all walls or just one for the room, but in here's one for the adjoining room to the west of where the battle took place for now.)
Anardil’s search of the Fire Mage is perfunctory at best. However, Lucas has more success and discovers a secret door in the southeast corner of the room. It seems to be controlled by rotating an urn in a nook in the wall. Lucas does enough to confirm that moving the urn does indeed operate the door. However he does no more than that!

He called out to the group before motioning to follow him back into the other room. if either of those hit and Dark Memory is within 5 feet of one of my allies, then bonus sneak attack damage: 8 piercing damage.
