Seeing Reginald trying to hit the enemy, he’ll Bend Luck (2 sorcery points) to add 2 to his first attack roll (the 15).
Bhardrus will move to D4 (taking an AoO from the remaining ghoul) to line up his shot, raising the orb on his cane to gather the magic and fire a lightning bolt in a line towards Argus and Velleen for 22 lightning damage, and half on a DC 16 Dex save. The magic is erratic and swirling, like a living thing (spending 3 sorcery points on Heightened metamagic to give disadvantage on Velleen’s save).
As a bonus action, he’ll turn a first level spell slot into sorcery point
Bella moves aorund Seruka nd into the sphere of the storm he summoned. Striking at Veleen, Bella drives her blade in deep, leaving the red-head barely standing. Veleen grimaces as she glances from Bella to Seruk, finally realizing hse is not likely to walk away from this. "The Storm Lord will have your heads." She spit sout. Bella, give me a DC 16 Str save. If you fail take 7 bludgeoning damage from the winds in the sphere of the storm.
Bhardrus
The ghoul strikes at Bhardrus as he moves away... Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: 11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Let's see if the above hits, prior to moving onward...
Bhardrus evades the ghoul's claws with ease, then sends a bolt of lightning down the line from Argus to Veleen. Veleen, though Bhardrus makes her less agile, is able to dodge the lightning blast completely. (Evasion plus disadvantaged save, still makes the save and takes no damage from lightning bolt.) Argus is not as lucky, taking the full hit from the lightning bolt, once again. He is looking fairly hurt now, but is still on his feet.
ghoul
The last of the ghouls moves to Bhardrus and attacks him once more... Claws. To hit is 13, damage is 6 slashing damage if it hits. Five of the kobolds move forward a bit in the storm, the winds making it hard for them to get far. They each though throw a spear at Bella... #1 spear toss. To hit is 19, damage is 6 piercing. #2 spear toss. To hit is 11, so it misses. #3 spear toss. To hit is 12, so it misses. #4 spear toss. To hit is 16, damage is 5 piercing. #5 spear toss. To hit is modified 20, damage is 7 piercing.
The sixth kobold strikes at Broufen #6 spear strike. To hit is 6, so misses. 3 of the four kobolds are battered by the wind, the fourth able to brace well-enough to not get hurt.
Broufen and Silence
The ghouls are nearly all destroyed, only one left standing. Their leader is in melee with Reginald, who seems more concerned with taking out the red-haired Velene though. The kobolds have mostly sent their attacks against Bella, a couple spears finding their marks. The odd-kobold-out attacked Broufen,as that one is in melee with the barbarian. Veleen looks on her last leg though, wobbling on her feet and barely standing. It is your two's turn to act...
Broufen attacks the goblin in front of him, swinging his axe over his head and down into the kobolds shoulder. If the kobold dies, he will run up and attack Velene. If it doesn;t, he will attack again. Attack: 20 Damage: 6 Attack: 21 Damage: 6

After Silence's turn, the star spawn acts. First, the 4 kobolds around it make a dc 15 wisdom save or take 9 psychic damage. Then, it lashes out with psychic force. It makes two attacks, targeting KO2 with both. Attack: 23 Damage: 8 Attack: 21 Damage: 14

Three of them yip in pain, while the fourth manages to resist the whispers. The aboration then lashes out at one of the kobolds, each strike landing. The kobold manages to stay on its feet, though just barely.
Velleen
"Hate to disappoint you, again, but this isn't working for me..." Veleen says to Seruk. "Two's fun, but three, and more, is a crowd..." She eyes Bella then Reginald with a glare. She then sidles away from Bella and Seruk, before rushing to the back door of the general store and disappearing inside. (Ba to disengage from Seruk and Bella, then move and dash to get into the general store's back door. The door is located at A10, though not on the map.
Argus
Argus slashes his claws at Reginald, the first strike glancing off of Reginald's armor, while the second instead grabs Reginald, pulling him in to Argus. The strength is far greater than Reginald would have expected and he sees the glint of long fangs in Argus's mouth as Argus grins at Reginald. Reginald is now grappled by Argus. Escape DC is 13 (Either Athletics or Acrobatics.)

Veleen has scampered off again, disappearing into the general store's back door. Reginald has found himself grappled by the vampire spawn in front of him. It is your two's turn to act now...
Seeing Velleen again fleeing, you rush your strike of lightning, which the vampire spawn easily evades. Rushing to the door the red-head disappeared through, you are able to open it, but do not see her as you look inside. You do see the back storage area goes for about fifteen feet before reaching what you expect is the door into the main,public, area of the store.
Reginald
Reginald sends two shots directly into the vampire spawn's guts. Instead of falling to the ground though the vampire turns to mist and vanishes, swirling up into the air and away.
Bella and Bhardrus
The vampire spawn and the red-haired Velleen have both left the battle field. The vampire is likely off to its lair to rest and recover, while Velleen has disappeared into the general store, clearly running away. There are still several enemies close by though. It is your two's turn to act...
Bella snarls as her prey escapes yet again. Then, looking over her shoulder, she decides discretion is the better part of valor, she moves to stand behind the goliath [B7] the fires at the ghoul fighting with Bardus.
Bella darts up, moving into position behind Velleen, stabbing at her.
Attack: 19 Damage: 4+10
After that, as a bonus action, she casts sanctuary on herself.
