"It is. We have fulfilled our agreement I believe. And I am tired..." Kwisatz says
((if this part is too meta ignore it))
Then looking at the door that Sael opened, realizes that the room is very symmetrical, and says to Sael "On our way out, helpme out. I'd like to check one more thing." and will look one more time for any other secret doors. investigation: 10; with help: 10((well shit... doesn't seem like it'll matter anyway... We are not meant to find that last door haha))
Wandering around the main area, Andrømeda also looks around for any possible hidden doors, switches, or things of interest they may have missed, her hand idly rubbing her throat and a look of consternation on her face.

If you think my puns are bad, I'll remind you, my profile pic says otherwise.
((Yeah, sorry guys. I think we're going to have to leave that blacked out area a mystery! Maybe another time.))
"Aye. We could use a rest ourselves," Norbus says. "And, I believe these are yours. You held up your end, so we'll hold up ours." He fishes through his pocket for a second and then pulls out the sending stones.
((Whichever of you wants to grab them, he's holding them out.))
Kwisatz reaches his hand out and takes them, showing one to Duncan saying "I may ask you to take one of these to someone some day." And turning to the dwarves says "Thank you... now... if you wouldn't mind sharing your camp. Day light will be upon us soon, and I'm sure we could all use some sleep..."
Can Rush attempt to really check these chambers out? It seems like a big trap and a lot of interest for so little treasure. I want to comb over it with Light, Detect Magic, and maybe even use Shape Water to look for cracks by pressing the water against the walls. If it flows through, there’s a crack with space on the other side. If it doesn’t, it’s just a wall.
Rush is certainly able to look for whatever he wants. Logically speaking, though, this is a ruin made out of stone. So, there are going to be cracks in the walls, floors, ceiling, etc. There's rubble all over the place. So, you can do all of that, roll investigation one last time, and we'll see what you discover.
Sael has joined the party by now, slightly disgruntled at the lack of enemies she was prepared for, but determined all the same. "I think sleep is in order. We won't be much good if we continue like this."

If Rush wants to stay and investigate, he's welcome to, but in the meantime, Norbus says, "Aye. We haven't had an all-nighter like that since we first got here." Then he turns, swings his arm in a 'follow me' motion and says, "The camp is back where we first saw you. Let's go." Then, Norbus and Dazlyn start leading the group back in that direction.
So, everyone goes for a rest at the camp. It's early morning as you walk out of the temple and into the rest of the ruin. As you make your way back across the ruins to where you initially met the dwarves just inside what used to be huge gates, you can feel the dampness of dew in the air and on the thick layer of silt on all of the rocks. You can hear the chirping of birds as they wake for their morning meals, and you can hear the sounds of a quiet breeze blowing through the trees that are rooted twenty or thirty feet above you on the edges of the walls of the crevice that the temple was carved out of. It smells fresh, as if all of the fighting and death from the night and morning have been memorialized in your hearts, but washed from your souls. You feel more refreshed than you expected to by just walking outside.
Do you all plan on getting a full 8-hour long rest or are you going for a shorter rest before moving on? 8 hours from now, it would be about 2pm or 2:30p. If you wanted to get a short rest, you are only required to have uninterrupted rest for 1 hour, but it could be as much as 7.
Also, as you get ready to rest, go ahead and level your characters up to level 4.
I'll give the others a chance to give their two cents, as well, but if this is the consensus, then everyone hit that long rest button on your character sheets. :)
((Sael only took 1 damage the whole time, so short or long rest probably won't make a huge difference. I'd say she's indifferent. Though if the outer area is as refreshing as you described, a short rest might be invigorating enough, no?))

Andrømeda moves by Kwisatz as they walk toward the camp, a curious look on her face. "So, disse sending steins. Wo is it det's so special about dem?"
"They allow us to send a message over long distance. Hold this." Kwisatz says, handing one of the stones to her and runs ahead. He then casts sending using it to send the message "No matter where we are, you can hear me! Now let us rest!" He then waits for her to catch up, takes the stone back, and follows the dwarves to their camp ((long rest seems in order.))
Wouldn't do to be exhausted for no good reason, I say long rest. Besides, some time spent sitting around in camp is a great way to get to know one another properly haha.

((Well, the outside being refreshing is more of the mood. It won't change the need for a short rest vs long rest. This really mostly applies to folks needing to refresh spell slots or more than 1 HP. But, whatever y'all decide as a group is perfectly okay with me. It looks like the majority are okay with or leaning towards the Long Rest. So, everyone, go ahead and click that button on your thingy and feel free to RP out anything you want to.))
Settling in at the camp, Andrømeda lays her weapons out with her greataxe across her lap, methodically running a stone over the blade, quietly reciting words in Giants tongue, "Meg hild's hjerte er gjennomført i meg. Meg hild's oks am ha, zo blet meg uven's. Meg hjerte er fylt med ild og dod det am fange zo wo maug am slag."
Shaking the jelly from them, Andrømeda returns the hand axes to her belt and picks up her greataxe.
((At this point, it is about 6:00am or so.))
