Is everyone OK with doing Neil's quest? (I almost forgot to tell you to level up to level 6)
Halec is now a level 6 fighter.
I am fine with that if it is the group consensus. Halec prefers the tournament but the team has worked well together and he accepts that anything could lead us to another shard at this point.
" Let's find the cure first, it seems less dangerous and seems to promise a piece of the shard "
“A plague, less dangerous than a tournament? Odd way of looking at things,” Halec says. “My understanding is that disease takes more lives than blades in war, and besides, it’s not something we have any defense against. We can kill an orc, a weretiger, apparently even a ghost, but what do we do against a plague? We don’t have a priest who can cleanse our bodies in our little troupe. It frightens me a good deal more than an organized tourney. Those usually involve blunted weapons, dull arrowheads and crossbow bolts, and the like. That said, if you’ve all made up your minds, then so be it, we will head there next.”
It'd be a long journey to Pureblood Oaks, traveling through vine filled forests and dry badlands untik you reach the town's outskirts, standing not too far the village is a tall yuan-ti pureblood male with greasy black hair and a long sleeved white shirt. He paces back and forth before notices you "Thank gods, travelers. I'm Neal, the one who put that quest up. As I said, the village behind me is currently undergoing a plague outbreak, and the cure is at the bottom of the mine. I can show you where the entrance is, but be warned, that several monsters have made that mine their den, so be careful."
"I don't know for sure, but I think someone in the mine caught the plague, another used it to heal them, and it hot left there, but that's what rumor says."
Halec takes a few steeps of cloth from his bedroll and wraps them tightly around the lower half of his face, covering his nose and mouth. He splashes some liquor on them, and shrugs. “Not exactly a plague mask, but it’s the best I can do. Onward.”
The yuan-ti leads your group right past the town to your west. He leads the party to a small wooden shaft very close to the ravine, looking inside the ravine, all that is seen is an infinite abyss, across the ravine, quite a distance a way, is a trail of land leading up to an odd-looking building. Neil directs toward the shaft, "This is the entrance to the mine, again, I'm telling you, be careful down there"

I'd limit you to the two classes you currently have. Sorry.
Halec raised Dex from his starting 16 to an 18, thats the only major change at this level.

“As much as I am sure I will regret, I must ask, how did the cure for a plague happen to end up in a mine exactly?” Halec asks the Yuan Ti.
"all in a day's work, friend, monsters don't frighten me..."

" Hmmmm, so we might catch t in the mine or are we clear? Also when you say a few monsters, how many do you mean? What type? "
"I don't know, but there are quite a few of them."

I do the same.

Halec nods, prepared his bullseye lantern and attaches it to the shoulder piece of his armor with straps of leather, heading to the mine.
I follow suit, treading carefully
