Kazri crouches down, and signal Oli to do the same. Trying to stay out of sight. (Is it possible to see if there is anyone in the bunker?)

"We may have found our thieves. That stronghold looks suspicious to me." says Krom as he too cruches down next to Kazri, while taking a good look at the stronghold and attempting to determine its origin.
"Doesn't strike you as dwarven made, Master Krom?" Rhogar asked quietly as he too shifted to follow their actions. "I suppose either which way, being direct may not be the best course of action. And if so, that bunker over there may pose a problem."He turns to Chill with a grin. "But I believe we all know someone more than capable of checking things out. The question is, would he like the company at least of a smaller friend?"On that note, Gorrah yawns and pokes her head to look about the immediate are curiously until her gaze inevitable settles on Chill.

Chill grins. "One of my favorite things is sneaking around in the dark. I'll check out the bunker and then get closer to the other points and then come back."
He looks to Gorrah and motions to the pseudodragon to climb into his hood and if/when he does he pulls it over his head. Then giving a thumbs up he moves off along the nearest wall.
He'll follow along the outside wall counter-clockwise and then check out the bunker.
Within 20 feet Chill is nearly invisible to his companions as he moves along the wall. Soon after that he is lost in the gloom. Chill works his way quietly along the wall on the west side until he gets to the gate. He neither sees or hears anything.
If he stops to check the door he finds that the door is not locked. He can then continue around the far side. The walls are 20 feet in height off of the ground. He can slip below the outlook area and take a look at the bunker. This stone bunker stands fifteen feet tall. The rough edges of its construction indicate that it was cut from a single piece of stone. There are only arrow slits and no entrance. He then returns back and makes his report.
The only entrance is the main gate which is unlocked. There is a culvert with a small stream running under the main entrance. Its about 40 feet to the water. Each shelf on the way down is 10 feet lower.
Kazri could not see from where she is if there are any guards or anyone in the bunker.
Krom studies the portion of the wall that he can see from where the rest of the group waits for Chill to return. The construction is familiar to him and is certainly of Dwarven make. But it is duergar dwarves that made this and the construction is very similar to the keep that the dragon came from.
"Duergar made that stronghold, Rhogar." Krom points at the nearby wall."If you examine the craftmanship of the stones, how they were cut and the design of this wall, you will find similarities to Sunblight keep." answers Krom. "Duergar are certenly behind the thefts, of that I'm sure, but I do not know why they stole those items. They do not have any particular value." continues the dwarf with a furrowed brow.
When Chill returns he reports what he learned. "I think the front door is the way to go. We might get in though the culvert down below. Well, maybe not Oli. And then we have to hope there is a way back up inside. I could do it alone but I'm not sure all of us is the best plan."
After learning its duergar he chuckles.
"Just duergar? This shouldn't be that hard then. But I wonder what they are doing out here? Another part of Xaradok's plan to take over Ten-Towns I suppose. Boy are they going to be disappointed when they learn the truth of that. "
After listening to Chill's report. “Perhaps my armor might be a hindrance in this instance, and maybe Oli as well. We could stay by the door and guard our rear.” Kazri suggests with a low voice.

In response to Krom's claim, Rhogar's eyes wide with surprise for a moment, before narrowing as he took on a more thoughtful look. "The problem with... wait, the main entrance is unlocked? That's... unexpected. Especially considering the recent thefts. Could be then that the were in a rush to acquire what they could before retreating into the deep. Though petty larceny seems exceptionally... odd."
"But if they are going to be that inviting, I say we might as well be just as straight forward. Some of us, at least. For if nothing else, anyone that goes to the door can be a distraction. Meanwhile Chill and Gorrah can sneak in through the culvert just before, and see if they can find an optimal position inside to make sure they can't freely bog us down at the door."

"The main entrance is unlocked? It's really strange, maybe something occurred within the stronghold or maybe they left in hurry for some reasons." comments the dwarf as Chill relays the information. Krom nods in agreement to Rhogar "That's sound like a solid plan. We go in by the double doors," the dwarf gestures to himself, Rhogar, Kazri and Oli "While Chill and Gorrah cover the other entry route." Krom turns to Kazri "Last time we encountered duergar, they had a fiend with them. Maybe we will face another one here."
Kazri inspects the entrance for foot traffic (in or out).

Krom nods to Rhogar and follows Kazri as the group approaches the stronghold. The dwarf touches the paladin's shoulder while chanting an hymn of guidance enhancing her skills. He then unclips his warhammer from his belt hook preparing himself to face the duergar or any other hostile creature that may hinder the group's approach.

Chill is able to quickly and easily climb down to the bottom of the culvert, his natural climbing ability making short work of the walls. He then heads up the culvert and further into the darkness. The water is frozen and comes down a very shallow bed. Although in places the ceiling comes very low, if he moves slowly he is able to make his way deeper. Soon he finds himself at what looks like the bottom of a well. A 20 foot climb ascends the well.
As the others moves along the west path towards the doors a crossbow bolt comes flying from the bunker!

A moment later a bell starts to clang. You continue to move forward and reach the doors. They are heavy but not locked and your combined strength heaves them open easily enough.
Kazri sees no fresh tracks in the snow outside of the gate before opening it. Swinging the doors open Kazri looks inside, the Krom and Rhogar behind her.
A large open hall is devoid of decoration. A frozen well stands hear a hallway to the east, and three iron cages are pushed against one wall. One contains a malodorous ogre with rotting, half-frozen skin and an empty right eye socket. It howls in despair at the sight of you. Another cage holds a pair of nervous goats. The third cage is empty. Leaning against a wall near the cages is a wooden dogsled with ice clinging to it.
The floor in front of the gate is a 20-foot-square wooden floor.
As you gaze around and see what is inside a duergar runs into the room from the east side and immediately goes to the cages and unlocks the door and releases the ogre.

You would need to be inside to know this.
So the plan, as I see it, is Chill and Gorrah are headed into the culvert to find a way inside, the rest are going in the front door.
Rhogar, Krom, Kazri and Oli ... I'll need stealth rolls if you try and sneak to the front door, or not if you choose not to sneak and just go in.
Chill, I'll need a stealth roll also if you try to go quietly. You have climbing movement so no rolls for that to climb down.
Chill nods in agreement to the plan. When time to go he moves off to climb down into the culvert and follow the water in hoping to find a way inside.
