I'll need some direction on how you'd like some of the stats adjusted for playing a Tiny character. Also as you mentioned before that you didn't have a write-up for the area where Sprites/ Pixies typically inhabit, were there any ideas or details particular to your setting that I should know when finalizing the character
In terms of ability scores there's no alteration for playing a tiny character. it works out the easiest that way for play balance even if it doesn't seem terribly realistic. Sprites and pixies typically come from the Gallows Glens, which is a densely forested semi-tropical region ruled over by Green Elves. Their isolationist and have a high number of warlocks and sorcerers. That's not really a lot to go on, and it's not like that must be where your character is from, it's just the most typical spot in this part of the setting. The Glens is a member nation of the allied Can Tinodeus nations.
You know, I rather like the idea that they're all working for the same company and that they are also rivals. It encourages group competition without making it lethal, such that we would have to make new characters often.
Also, I would allow up to two more people to join, but I'll cap it after that. I also don't plan on waiting for two more people to join, fyi.
Eclipse is proficient with sky vehicles, and other PCs permitting, it would make sense in re his background for him to have entered into the legal privateering charter, including the leasing of a sky-ship, under his name.
I would imagine him acting as pilot. As mentioned above, and with other PCs permitting, he would present a contract of employment as part of his charter application, stating that all crewmen, including himself, would be equal participants in decision-making and profits. The exception to the democratic principal he would present is that the ship, being chartered in his name following a sizeable investment of personal funds, cannot be voted out of his possession (etc.) by the other crewmen.
Please do put your forum handle where the character sheet says Player. I know people often skip that with their character sheets, because you rarely forget a character was yours, but I'm managing several sheets here, and I don't have faces or voices to go by.
You should fill out the Agenda and Destiny slots for 3rd level. You can fill out the ones before that if you like, but there's no mechanical effect for that, so it's essentially backstory. You can also fill out ones after 3rd level if you like, and those can be changed later if you want.
So far every character I've looked at put an Initiative mod instead of an Initiative score. I've just been correcting those as I go.
I'm noticing a lot of people shorted themselves on feats, which makes me think I didn't explain that well. You get 5 feats unless you chose a species feat. A species feat means you are something that can't have a mixed heritage. The species feats are; Omolo, Arau and Chaszmyrian, and they each specify how many feats they can start with and which are compulsory.
As a note on the Winged Feat, Viper15E mentioned that, since gliding wings say you descend 5ft each time you take a gliding move, it wasn't clear if a dash would descend 5 feet or 10. I'm going with a dash being 1 move, so it's still 5ft of descent. Keep in mind that's important when gliding off the ship when it's in the sky. You may have to climb up the side of the ship. If you allow yourself to descend too far the ship will need to come get you. (I'll be posting mechanics for the ship tomorrow.)
We've the got first four people for the first ship.

Okay thanks, I adjusted her backstory a bit based off the information above.
And a couple of mechanical questions as I finish my Character Sheet:
For weapons, would it be a (1) die reduction in size? (So d8 = d6; d6 = d4; d4 = 1; etc.)?
Would walking and fly scores be affected as well?
Do I need to adjust the weight or cost of items for tiny size besides armor
Initiative score is your dex score + your dex modifier + plus any other modifier you that would usually effect your Init mod.
The ASI is just like the usual one from the PHB, +2 to an ability, or a +1 to two abilities.
Character name goes on the left, in the scroll-like frame.
I haven't sent out any notices. I received five sheets now which where finished or virtually so, and one that's probably finished but which I couldn't open. Those five are Laitraxa, Tyrod, Jenaer, Eclipse Faraway, and Bzlachi, so that's our first ship.
I'm thinking that I may leave off Tiny changes outside of carrying capacity and the inability to use heavy weapons. It doesn't have a lot of advantages, so it shouldn't have a lot of negatives.
Ahhh makes sense, I never thought of adding them together, so initiative ramps up/down exponentially since both numbers increase as stats go up.
Cool, so basically on the feats page it says you can take ASI increase twice as a feat, does that add up to 4 points increased?
I might stick with ASI if thats the case, part of the defining feature of Jenaer is how ”normal” he is, and with his class it does need a few different stats to be high (dex or strength for attack, dex for defense since no heavy armour, Con as main stat, Charisma for theft of spirit) and I might forgo some level up ASI’s for taking features from enemies. otherwise might go for a knowledge based feat to represent his time studying
Now that the party is established, I can see where he’d fit in more too
In this region, common (100gp) and uncommon (500gp) magic items are available in the larger cities, so you can purchase those with starting gold. I was thinking I wasn't going to get round posting ship info tonight, but that might be possible since my work meeting got cut short. Fingers crossed.
Anyone have an issue with Eclipse owning the ship? If not, I'll leave the naming of the ship to him.
You can add Theena to the list on PCs not proficient in flying vehicles :)

Tyrod is proficient in fly vehicles, he probably helped build the one he is on as well.
Tyrod - Sky-Pirates of Q’rath Set: Crew of the Reaver's Word
Fire is typical. I guess I didn't actually post a link to their write-up. I'll get to that tomorrow, as I'm on my phone at the moment.

DM, does this still sound ok?

I was a bit confused about the initiative score, how is it calculated?
Also, the ASI’s count as a feat right? And one ASI is worth 1 or 2 points?
Gilgin Hardhammer - Mountain Dwarf Cleric (Forge Domain) - Icewind Dale
Petal - Forest Gnome Druid (Circle of the Land - Forest) - Unsung Heroes of Embera
Also, I changed the player name, didnt see the place to add on character name
Gilgin Hardhammer - Mountain Dwarf Cleric (Forge Domain) - Icewind Dale
Petal - Forest Gnome Druid (Circle of the Land - Forest) - Unsung Heroes of Embera
So if we haven't gotten some sort of notification, we didn't make the first ship?

Looks like Tyrod will be healing us by smacking us with his wrench and yelling to get back in the fight. :)

Yes, with the regular 20 cap.

He's got it! If he wants he can also be the vague person who offered Laitraxa the 'job' as it were in my backstory.
Definitely going to grab an uncommon item of some sort then, though it'll all be "stuff Laitraxa found in the desert on a poor dead wanderer"
