I've noticed there's no slot to track dome of the one time abilities for the Illrigger character sheet. I can see it being a problem with using abilities that are once per short or long rest without being able to track them. Something like the fighters slots for action surge and second wind. That and the fact that the Infernal Majesty is a bit wonky on the character sheet with not being able to really see or choose the options.
BUG: Hellspeaker ability "Moloch's Blessing" grants proficiency in either Persuasion or Deception, or if you already have proficiency in the chosen skill, grants you Expertise in that skill.
However, if you already have both skills, you are unable to select either of them, blocking you from achieving Expertise.
There are three issues with the Hellspeaker (really shocking for a paid-for-product this long after release). 1. Moloch's Blessing bug (where you can't select an option to gain expertise in if you already have both selected) is still occurring.
2. You only gain one Invoke Hells instead of the two you're supposed to get.
3. Selecting Lies does not mean your weapon switches over to CHA, it requires you to manually override the To Hit and Damage Bonus stats (and hopefully you remember that next time you level up because its a static override and won't adjust over time....). As mentioned in previous comments from Nov 2024, there is an existing workaround using Hexblade that would be so easy to implement for MCDM. But their priorities are clearly in sigil right now.
This D&D conversion product feels.... neglected, unfortunately. And D&D Beyond is not intuitive to reskin.
I wouldn't recommend buying the product on D&D Beyond... better to just manually do the character sheet yourself.
Sour taste in my mouth after I've bought this product twice (PDF straight from MCDM and now this via D&D Beyond). Not the usual quality I've seen from MCDM's otherwise impeccable record.
1. This one isn't unique to Moloch's Blessing. It's a common Expertise-related issue
2. This one is legit-sounding...but I have to check
3. The Hexblade one is bugged as well, especially if you use Pact of the Blade...so that method wouldn't work.
Here's my questions: A. Do you have Beyond20 enabled? It has a habit of messing with the site, & Hasbro cut them off ages ago, direct support-wise. B. How do you feel about things OTHER than the Hellspeaker? C. Are you aware of the fact that this site is not coded in a standard way? A lot of "easy fixes" aren't so easy if you're even aware of a fragment of what's under the proverbial hood of the car. Hasbro also fired everyone who actually kept the site fully functional on a coding level, too.

The hexblade thing, was originally my observation, and it is neither more nor less than "the code exists to indicate a weapon should use Charisma for attacks and damage - just bloody re-use it".
The Architect of Ruin's spell list doesn't include the 2014 version of Suggestion, and it doesn't include the 2014 or 2024 versions of Nystul's Magic Aura as it should. It correctly includes Arcanist's Magic Aura.
Edit: The 2014 version of Silence is also missing from the list.
Edit 2: This still hasn't been fixed. This should be an easy change to implement. How has something so simple gone unfixed for over four months?

Still not fixed, it's been five months now.
At this point, I think the Illrigger is NEVER going to be fixed. How it is now, is how it will always be. >:(
Yeah, at this point I think I'm going to have to make a homebrew feat to fix some of the stuff on my sheet. There's also no Invoke Hell counter on the sheet which is a pretty glaring miss; it should have a counter like Channel Divinity, since it's basically the Illrigger version of CD.
If I had time, maybe I could try and make full fixed Subclasses, but time is the main thing I don't have. A hot-fix feat for my broken Hellspeaker features will have to do.
As it is, the spells and various features (like Abating Seal) are also coded wrong in Avrae, so that's another thing that needs fixing...
As said in the post above. No box for Invoke Hell, to tick off after using. And that it hasn't been added yet, is lazy, and if that is how they treat their costumers, I won't be supporting the creators of the book again.
Devastator also doesn't have a box to tick off.
Inexorable adds +1 to all saves. It shouldn't do that. What if i'm not near anyone
Forked tongue. Why do I have to go to the create character section of the character, to change the language, when you can do it on a long sleep
The Beyond dev team is understaffed for the amount of work they're expected to do.
Hasbro should let WotC hire more people so Illrigger & so many other things are fixed.
But Hasbro is controlled by BlackRock & similar piles of money. & those groups are CHEAP when it comes to these things.
& Hasbro did no favors by firing the majority of Beyond's team about 3 years ago.
If you want Illrigger & other stuff fixed, demand Hasbro hire & retain a larger DND Beyond team again who can get stuff working in acceptable condition.

Happy to report that Lies is now supported! After selecting the combat mastery, click a weapon on your character sheet and look for a checkbox in the sidebar that says "Use Charisma".
I can follow up with those, and I'll double-check this thread to make sure nothing's been overlooked.
For Nystul's specifically, I know at the time there was some ambiguity on whether the new one would be part of the new SRD. Now that the SRD is out and we can definitively state that it is, that should help its chances.
Hellfire & Vengeful Blade are still not scaling correctly.
C'mon, I really want to use these via this service.

MCDM isn't who is setting the book up for Beyond.
That's the Beyond staff's responsibility.

ibervang, it's been months. Nothing further is going to be fixed with the Illrigger. Ever. :'(
yeah, I guessed that. I guess people just shouldn't support those developers again
Keep in mind that MCDM did not implement the class. The D&DBeyond team is solely responsible for that.

That's good. Glad to see the team is still at least aware of the issues. Any chance the spell list will have the aforementioned spells added?

I appreciate the follow up. It's the small details like the spell lists that annoy me the most, so I'm glad to have them on the dev team's radar.

"Invoke Hell" and the painkiller's "devastator", doesn't have a box to click, for when you have used it.
And I don't get why the 2 "Invoke Hell" options, aren't near each other. 1 above the other. You have various other information/features, in-between
