This is the CR 13 Beholder's fear ray:
Fear Ray.Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 16. Failure: 14 (4d6) Psychic damage, and the target has the Frightened condition until the end of its next turn.
This is the CR 14 Death Tyrant's fear ray:
Fear Ray.Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 17. Failure: 10 (3d6) Psychic damage, and the target has the Frightened condition until the end of its next turn. Success: Half damage only.
For all other rays, the Death Tyrant not only has a higher DC, their rays are almost identical. They largely deal the same amount of damage, or the Death Tyrant's ray deals slightly more damage. Their texts are nearly identical too. The only ray that isn't like the rest is the Fear Ray. Here, the Death Tyrant strangely deals less damage. On the plus side, the Death Tyrant's fear ray still cause half damage even with a successful save.
To add onto this: Only the Monster lookup version of Seahorse shows XP 10. The version accessed directly in the Monster Manual shows XP 0. So it's a bug and out of sync.

If possible to fix, the Brass Dragons have a couple inconsistencies!
1. Their Sleep Breath does not have the same style as the Silver Dragon, Medusa, and other "First Failure/Second Failure" features.
Sleep Breath.Constitution Saving Throw: DC 11, each creature in a 15-foot Cone. Failure: The target has the Incapacitated condition until the end of its next turn, at which point it repeats the save. Second Failure: The target has the Unconscious condition for 1 minute. This effect ends for the target if it takes damage or a creature within 5 feet of it takes an action to wake it.
Just add an italicized "First" before the first Failure and it would be consistent with the other features on the platform/in the book.
2. The Spellcasting trait of the Adult and Ancient variants is also missing the "+8 to hit with spell attacks" (adult) or "+12 to hit with spell attacks" (ancient) text. I believe the Ancient Gold Dragon had this same issue but it was fixed within the first few days of the 2024 MM release.
Hello! The Guard and Guard Captain arts are swapped, if you see the art of the current Guard Captain, the Dwarf uses a Chain Shirt and a Spear (Guard), and in the art of the current Guard, the Elf uses a Breastplate, Longsword and a Javelin (Guard Captain). Please fix this if you can.
Having parsed the entire (printed) Monster Manual, I have found a series of errors in monster stats. (I did not bother with the animals section, nor attempt to validate that damage modifiers aligned with the combat stat.)
Banshee: The description of Horrify action includes the wording "…immune to the banshee's Horrifying Visage for 24 hours." This appears to be a copy-paste sans edit from the Ghost's description (which uses the same wording, despite being a Horrific Visage action).
Erinyes: The description of Multiattack includes the wording "…makes three Infernal Sword attacks and can…" The Erinyes' weapon is a Withering Sword, not an Infernal Sword.
Fungi – Violet Fungus: Initiative is listed as "-5 (10)"… which should obviously read "-5 (5)" as basic maths.
Mages – Archmage: Initiative is listed as "+7 (17)". The Archmage has Dex 14 (+2) and a PB of +4. As such, initiative should be either +6 or +10; there is no calculus that gives +7.
Modrons – Quadrone: A naming issue. The other Modrons are Mono-, Duo-, Tri-, and Penta-… the Greek prefixes for counts of 1, 2, 3, and 5 respectively. Within this series, the prefix for 4 is Tetra-. Quad is the Latin prefix for 4, belonging to the sequence Uni-, Bi-, Tri-, Quad-, Quin-. this creature should be the Tetradrone. As lawful as it is, it is a stickler for accurate nomenclature
Performers – Performer Maestro & Performer Legend: The same issue as the Archmage; initiative is listed as "+8 (18)" and "+10 (20)" respectively, but the Maestro has Dex 18 (+4) and PB +3, for a total of +7; the Legend has Dex 20 (+5) and PB +4, for a total of +9.
Silver Dragons – Silver Dragon Wyrmling: Every other dragon is consistent: Rend attacks deal Slashing damage, but the Silver Dragon Wyrmling is listed as inflicting Piercing damage.
Thri-kreen – Thri-kreens Psion: The same issue as the Archmage; initiative is listed as "+6 (16)", but the Psion has Dex 15 (+2) and PB +3, for a total of +5.

I fully agree that the Quadrone should have been named Tetradrone, but it has been Quadrone for at least the last 24 years, I'm afraid (I found a source from 2001, a web expansion for the "Manual of the Planes")

Longer than that; 1e Monster Manual II from 1983 has the Quadrone, as far as I can find, the very first mention.
Realised I missed one; this has got to be the ultimate pedantry erratum.
Vampire Nightbringer: Immunities are listed as "Necrotic, Cold; Charmed, Exhaustion, Frightened."
What's wrong with that? The immunities are damage types and conditions, separated by a semicolon. So far, so good. But each of those subsets, for every other monster, are listed alphabetically. So, it should read: "Cold, Necrotic; Charmed,…"

Seahorse has CR 0 (XP 10; PB +2)
It should give 0 XP
To add onto this: Only the Monster lookup version of Seahorse shows XP 10. The version accessed directly in the Monster Manual shows XP 0. So it's a bug and out of sync.
Same for the Shrieker Fungus.
As long as this matches the physical book, then it's correct as far as DDB is concerned.

In the book the demilich has prof in dex saves: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/mm-2024/monsters-d#Demilich
When looking directly at the monster stats, it does not: https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/5194967-demilich
Not sure which is correct, as I haven't received my physical copy yet. I suspect the book entry is wrong.
Fixed!

Great job fixing the Brass Dragon's saving throw text. The spell attack bonus for the Adult and Ancients is still missing!
