The doffing part is a bit confusing, maybe change it to something like“You can doff this armor as an action if you are submerged in boiling water. Otherwise it cannot be removed from you in any way.”? It’s a really cool item, but that just seems a bit confusing.
Ah, good point, this wording is much clearer!
Thanks.

I was looking back at some of your older items, there all amazing by the way, and I saw the WeirdWood Bow. I really love the item and I think some more of them might be really cool! Or some sort of item set like you’ve done, a weird wood set would be amazing! I love the way you drew it and the item itself!
While wearing this helmet you can breathe underwater normally. As an action you can activate your superior crab vision, seeing far beyond the mundane color spectrum. For the next 10 minutes, you have truesight out to 120 feet. You gain one level of exhaustion each time you use this ability after the first before you complete a long rest.
Amplified. This helmet is a piece of the Crab Lord set. The helmet gains the following attributes while used with other Crab Lord set pieces:
If you are also wearing the Dread Pincer, you can communicate simple concepts to crabs by speaking or gesticulating to them. A non-hostile crab that is smaller than you will obey your commands to the best of its ability while it can see you, however it will not undergo any command that is directly harmful to it.
If you are also wearing the Dread Carapace, you have advantage on saving throws to resist being stunned.

This longsword has the finesse property and you have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.
You can use a bonus action to cause ghostly flames to erupt from the blade. The flames last until you use a bonus action to extinguish the flames, or if you drop or sheathe the sword. While the sword is ablaze, it gains the following properties:
It sheds dim light in a 40-foot radius and deals an extra 1d8 necrotic damage to any target it hits. This necrotic damage increases to 2d8 and ignores resistance and immunity if the target is undead.
On a hit, you can force the target to make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target becomes enfeebled for 1 minute. While enfeebled, the target has disadvantage on Strength checks and saving throws, and deals only half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength. At the end of each of the target's turns, it can remake the save, ending the enfeeblement on a success. A creature that succeeds on this saving throw is immune to the effect for 24 hours.
You can see 60 feet into the Ethereal Plane and can make attacks with this sword against creatures on that plane.
As an action while holding this weapon, you can cast the etherealness spell. Once this property is used, it cannot be used again until you complete a long rest.
The shards of this shattered longsword have been assembled and held together by the ghostly force within. Some of its dormant power has been awoken, but the spirit of the revenant must be laid to rest for the blade to be truly restored...

This severed medusa head still writhes and squirms with life, snake hair snapping at nearby hands and blood oozing from the open stump. The medusa who donated their head is still fully aware of their torturous situation, but is unable to speak due to their severed vocal cords. Using this head requires a free hand, with which you can grasp by the hair to hold. Each time you use the head, the snakes attack your hand, and you take 3d6 poison damage.
As an action, you can aim the medusa’s petrifying gaze in a 30-foot cone. A creature within this area that can see the medusa's eyes must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the creature is instantly petrified. Otherwise, a creature that fails the save begins to turn to stone and is restrained. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming petrified on a failure or ending the effect on a success. A creature is immune to this effect if it does not have a body made of flesh, or has legendary actions. The petrification lasts until the creature is freed by the greater restoration spell or other magic. Once this property is used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
If there is a Small or larger reflective surface within the area of the petrifying gaze, the severed medusa head instantly turns to stone, and cannot be used again until freed from its own curse. Additionally, if you can see the reflection, you are forced to make saves against petrification as well.
Euryale lounged in her sculpture garden, lazily tracing a finger along the jawline of one of her admirers. She was an accomplished artist, with hundreds of pieces to show for her many lifetimes of work. The bench she lounged on was one of her favorites, pieced together from loose bits of torso atop mismatched arms and legs. It had been some time since her last visitor, and Euryale had grown awfully lonely over the years. She was eager to share her newest compositions to a fresh audience, before they joined the collection of course. Some of the poses she had evoked from her subjects were truly stunning, especially in the elaborate scenes that their bodies were arranged in now. Just as the thought crossed her mind, Euryale heard footfalls echoing from the cavern entrance. She quickly hid herself among her sculptures, giggling wickedly like a child playing hide-and-seek. Euryale watched the man enter her garden and appreciate her work. He seemed like an admirer of the arts, taking his time to wander in her direction. As he finally rounded a statue of a horse riding atop a knight, she pounced. What she had failed to notice until the last second, was the hand mirror dangling from his neck by a length of twine. Euryale screamed and shut her eyes tight, narrowly avoiding the fate she had gifted to so many. In that moment, a sudden terrible pain shot through her neck. Her scream became a choked gurgle and she felt numbness, nothingness, and then darkness... When Euryale regained consciousness, there was the strong smell of blood and burlap. Throbbing, burning pain and strange weightlessness drowned her senses. Rough cloth and darkness pressed in against her face. An acrid liquid stung her right eye, but she was unable to blink it away. Merry banter in an unknown language, and horse hooves on gravel sounded all around her. What was going on? Why couldn’t she move her body? As Euryale jostled in the saddlebags, her confusion clarified into a seething rage. She began to tirelessly unravel her cloth enclosure. It would take time, but she had all the time in the world. Soon, Euryale hissed at herself, I will see the look in your eyes as I claim my revenge...

Bloodgorger Wyverns are dreaded nocturnal sanguivores that hunt the night sky in search of blood to feast upon. They prey on creatures of any size, although cattle and other easily subdued domestic animals are their preferred target. Using its excellent hearing and ultrasonic screeches, a wyvern can echolocate its way through forests, caves, and cities without a light source. When its prey has been located, it launches venomous tail spines to induce paralysis before exsanguinating the helpless victim. There exists record of a particularly thirsty bloodgorger wyvern that managed to drain five draft horses dry in a single night before a terrified stablehand found the beast attempting to roost in the rafters. It was too bloated to fly away, and the locals managed to slay it with few casualties.
We’re very excited to unleash this spooky dragon just as Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons is released! It’s a great read so far, but I’m definitely biased. For the complete art, lore and stat block of this vampire-dragon hybrid, check out our Patreon! Patrons of the Naturalist tier will have access to our growing bestiary at an early bird rate! 🩸🩸🩸

This blowgun is fashioned from a nest infested with parasitic dart bugs.
The blowgun has 5 charges. When you make an attack with bugspewer you can expend 1 charge to launch one of the dart bugs as special ammunition at the target. On a hit, the bug latches onto the target and begins sucking its blood (creatures without blood or an equivalent fluid are immune to the dart bug’s necrotic damage). At the start of each of the target’s turns it must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 necrotic damage for each dart bug that is latched onto it. Each dart bug will remain latched onto their host for 1 minute, or a creature uses its action to detach it. A dart bug occupies the same space as its host and has half-cover while latched onto a target. Once a dart bug is removed, it will flee to the nearest darkness and hide. If you fire a dart bug and miss, it dies. Bugspewer regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. Alternatively, while holding bugspewer you can retrieve a living dart bug with an action to regain 1 expended charge. If you expend the blowgun's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the blowgun crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
While holding bugspewer and it has 1 or more charges remaining, you can cause the swarm within it to defend the hive against attackers. As a reaction, when a creature moves within 5 feet of you on its turn, you can force it to make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d4 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a success.
A Humanoid reduced to 0 hit points with a dart bug attached to it dies and rises as a paper zombie (stat block provided by The Dire DM) 1 minute later. The zombie acts immediately after your turn in the initiative count. Paper zombies are hostile to all creatures, except for dart bugs and the wielder of bugspewer.
Thanks.

Huh, neat. Wish I had money.
These are all amazing!
Bugspewer
Weapon (blowgun), rare (requires attunement)
