Depends if they manage to make it through alive. Perhaps a trip to ravenloft? Would be the easiest to follow up if you intend to keep the same players (may have ot beef up the level though)
I have been having a great time grafting an epic level campaign to Port my players (who also recently survived the tomb), over to an adventure of their own making (kinda). Here's how it has gone --
Spoiler Warning -- .
So I with all of the spies at Omu I decided that word has really gotten out about the location of the lost city. This promoted all of the major players to start moving that way. The first on the scene was one of the pirate captains, who I upscaled to a lvl 17 swashbuckler, Edward Teech.
So my players romped around with this for a bit and killed the dragon in the wyrmheart mines on Edwards request.
Back to port Nyanzarue. This is where it gets interesting. The frost giants, having difinatively discovered that Artus is on the peninsula, have sent word for backup. Just as my players are leaving Wakangas estate after speaking with Syndra, a boulder hits a house. Here I ran an amazing siege stoked combat as the Giants put pressure on the gates and at the port. Things resolved well but in the end the Giants made off with Artus and Dragonbait stowed away to stay close. So essentially my game is now set towards the later second half of SKT.
Now, this week I took Mordenkainens tome and used it to create a story line that ties SKT and OotA together using an overarching villain and a swag plot line. In a nutshell Moloch is going to try and use the ring of winter to gain an edge in killing Asmodeas or Mephistopheles.
To make it just a little bit better, my players stumbled across a tower which serves as home to a wizard named Humphrey that was an apprentice of Mordenkainens. He has uncovered this plot and is convinced that the only one who can help is Mordenkainen himself. Only problem is that he left three years ago to kill a big baddie and now he is running around aountain naked killing birds with lightning bolts. I won't say exactly where, if you know you know ;)
Sorry for ranting. I've been wanting to tell some one that gets it.

My players are in the back half of Tomb of Annihilation and I would love to know what adventure you think they should play next! :)
Tomb of Horrors, maybe?
