I'm relatively new to DnD but I've been enjoying playing with my group and also been working through Lost Mines on my own at home as a solo adventure. I've been working on developing a one-shot adventure that I hope to run some time when our group DM is unavailable.
I'm wondering what the best way to get feedback on it is? The current form is a 25 page document that includes back story, descriptions of various locations and NPCs, a couple of maps, some custom stat blocks (and links to official stat blocks on DND Beyond), plus a few photos taken from free photo site Unsplash. Looking at the forum rules I don't think I can post a link to the PDF here; is there a different place or way that I can share it to get feedback?
do you have anything in particular you're most interested in feedback on? if it's a few linked encounters, then you could just lay them out briefly here. if it's the major outline and bones, then i can spare you some time and let you know that many DMs believe in planning only about two sessions ahead because otherwise you're just asking your part to zig zag from being forest friends to pirates to sled dog racing just because of the funny sounds you make behind the screen when your story train jumps the track. but you could also lay that out here too if there was some transition that had you stymied.
((edit: my brain just caught up to the "one-shot" part so you're probably just planning one session, not two or three, but even so...))

Huh? What rule stops you from posting links on the forums? I don't see why you couldn't get feedback on the PDF here. It might be a little long though, so a summary of the things you most want feedback on might be helpful.

BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!
He/him pronouns. Call me Bard. PROUD NERD!

Would love for somebody to skim read it and let me know if there's anything obvious I'm doing wrong and if it feels like roughly the right amount of content for a one shot. It's 3 settings and I included a selection of random encounters that I can include or exclude depending on how time is going.
I only gave it the lightest of skims, but my initial thoughts are pretty positive.
You have a lot of content here for a one-shot, and while it's great to be prepared, make sure you don't get bogged down or you won't finish. Personally I find pacing the hardest part of running one-shot adventures. In particular you have loads of detail about the town, be careful not to let the players spend too long on the first act.
It's also a lot of text. I wouldn't take the time to go back and change this now that it's done (unless you're planning to publish on the DMs Guild or something eventually) but you might want to consider shorter paragraphs and/or bullet points to make it easier to scan for what you're looking for. Or that could just be a personal preference of mine.
Post back here once you've gotten a chance to run it and let us know how it went!

unhappy at the way in which we lost individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
tell them you don't like features disappeared quietly in the night: provide feedback!
