I have been trying to find a deep speech translator, but all of the ones I've checked so far either have no actual translations (just tips about learning the language in campaign) or are unofficial/ non-canon. Comment official links here please. Thanks!
Um, in order to do that, there needs to be a full dictionary that is official, and there's never been an official WotC publication of any dictionary of any sort for 5e.
They might have something "in house", but that's never been made public.

Just use a random number generator combined with every single wingdings font you can find. :-)
If the players complain, tell them their biological Prime-plane brains can't handle the language of aberrations and aliens.
GM: Yes, I know that sqwertiouasdfjkih translated to "temple" yesterday. Today it translates to "potato". If you can't handle it then I can introduce you to a mind flayer who will explain it to you in exquisite detail…
You can find Cthulhu language (aka R'Lyehian) translators online and if you combine it with a text to speech app, several also available for free online, you can get a good approximation of what it should sound like, its not perfect but is interesting to listen to for some in game Deep Speech conversation.

Deep Speech is not a real language, so there is no official translation for it.
