I'd suggest getting a copy of The Storm King's Thunder. It has info about frost giants, and a lot of cannibalizeable material to use for minor adventure sites.
There is a Dungeon Magazine adventure from a time before time, called Ancient Blood. If run right, it's a great and fun module to play. Mok-Turoknin is just about my most favourite low- to midlevel boss ever. I'd say it's highly norse. Also has my favourite sword of all time, which I seem to recall was named Thorgrim?
Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.
