Using CHA rather than STR for the claw attack seems a little too convenient, as I'm sure this ancestry skews more towards casters (specifically warlocks) so that seems kind of a gimme for them. However, they'll also have eldritch blast, so it's also still not entirely useful for them.
For creature type you could change it to fiend to match the monster's type.
The speed is fine, as well as having a flying speed. But Make the fly speed only function with no armor or light armor to keep it in line with the other flying races.
The claws i would definitely make it strength, not charisma. No matter what the creature is, an unarmed strike is purely physical. I'd also change it to slashing damage.
The devilish legacy can loose some extra wording. There is no ne3ed to specify the legacy or getting to choose one as there is only one option. Just keep it as Devilish Legacy, you gave the following spells at the appropriate level. You can cast them once each day without spending a spell slot, but can cast them normally with any spell slots you may have.
The ability score increase should also grant a +1 to something, possibly dexterity.
The devilish proficiencies should give them a choice of one of those three. Not all races get a skill proficiency, and those that do only get one.
The kiss should specify it takes an action to do. Based on the type of ability it is (straight damage) it should be a Constitution saving throw. And it needs clarified what kind of DC it is, I'd recommend a Charisma based one (8+Cha+Prof). I'd also lower the damage to 1d4 at start, then let it go up in die size at levels 5, 11, 17.
Sorry if this come off as rude, not intentional. It does seem like you did a great job starting this. It just needs a few little tweaks to make it a bit more structured and balanced. The best way to balance it is to find a DM that will let you use it and work with you on it in actual play.
