Sometimes the locales described in the PHB just don't do it. Druids who learn to harvest the natural elements of the outer planes might gain new abilities. Here are some variant druid spell lists that druids connected to each of these planes are connected to. I will add to this in future.
Nine Hells
Druid spells from the Nine Hells focus on fire and deception. Many of these spells come from tiefling options and devil spell lists.
Many of these gloomy spells come from the night hag and Hexblade spell lists, for the worst parts of the Shadowfell often resemble the depths of Hades.
Abyssal magic is by its nature corrupted and chaotic, and these druids might find a home in the jungles of Demogorgon's lair or among the slime of Jubilex.
Strangely, most of the Upper Planes mirror Material Plane. So rather than a brand new spell list, let's go through the terrains appropriate for each plane, starting with Arborea.
Note that Circle of Stars, Circle of Dreams, and Circle of Moon druids are particularly appropriate for Karasuthra, far more than Circle of the Land druids.
Not sure I buy flame strike for the Abyss... otherwise, this looks pretty neat.

You're probably right. I put it there because it's on the Fiend list for warlocks and seems appropriate, but looking back on it, I think I can do better. I think I'll replace it with contagion.
this is pretty cool but where is mechanus and why dont the upper planes get their own spell lists just because their kinda like real world places does not mean they dont got a theme or some weird stuff going on
and side note though i dont care about this as much have you considered inner planes

I will get to Mechanus and Archeron, I just haven’t yet.
To me, the natural feel of the upper planes work well with druids, and anything else might make them step on clerical toes.
I hadn’t yet considered the inner planes, but now I think I’ll do them!
