Specifically I'm actually just looking for a good Rocket Hammer and Barrier Shield homebrew someone has come up with. I'd just homebrew it myself but I'm still struggling with trying balance things well. I have a bad habit of making things way too OP. Ultimately I'd like to find an example that someone else has made so I can present it to my DM for consideration in our campaign. Any help?
