I want to get a name for a damage type that could represent the fusion between the Void (Could be represented as Necrotic) and Astral (Basically Force damage).
I already know what is the relation between the 2 as being the Absence (Void) and the Reflection (Astral) and also being the 2 things that could link everything that exist.
Also, since the Astral plane is a plane of thought and psychic energy - psychic damage would be appropriate, not force.

Thank you for this comment, but actually the Astral plane is not what is supposed to be. It's the plane that connect all the others and the void represent all that we cannot see such as the Infrared, Ultraviolet and gravity.
In addition, what is the type of damage the Astral dragon can do? (Hint:It's not Psychic)

What is an Astral Dragon?

A dragon that take the power of the Astral plane in their breath weapon but other than that, just Ugin, the spirit dragon could actually be a creature with the new damage type.

Both DMG and Spelljammer books describe the relationship of the Astral Plane and thought especially detailing that you can move and fly by thought alone. There are many, many, native creatures that have psionics as well as ones that historically developed psionics by being in the Astral Plane so long (Githyanki, Githzerai).
I've seen absolutely zero reference in any 5th Edition book that the Astral Plane represents infrared or ultraviolet. At all. Feel free to detail in which chapter of which 5E book this is specified in.
To a lesser degree, radiant damage may also be appropriate, given the starry-celestial aesthetic. Still don't see why you think Force damage is more appropriate than these. O.o
There is no Astral Dragon in 5E. The closest are Solar Dragons (also called Radiant or Sun Dragons) and Lunar Dragons (also called Phase Dragons). However, they're not astral dragons - nor reside in the astral plane, they live in WIldspaces, in Suns and on Moons. Which is kinda how they got their name. Neither do force damage either.
There are no Spirit Dragons in 5E. Let alone one named Ugin.

In 5th Edition none of what you have said makes any sense. None of it. Not even the tiniest bit. There is no absolute "Void" like "THE VOID" - Some planes are rather sparse but none are true voids. Their voids like "the void of space" - which is something we say for simplicity not accuracy because space isn't actually a void. It's filled with a lot of things, just like all the planes of D&D 5e, just in space, like Astral Plane, things are just spaced very far apart, is all. There is no plane that is "The Void" or the representation of complete Absence or anything.

Now, I get this is the Homebrew forum. You, in your games, can change any of the above, or all of it. But, you have not presented your idea this way. If you're using homebrew versions of planes and want to invent a damage type most associated with these homebrewed planes then you need to clarify this and properly explain these planes. Without such, we can only go by official 5e references and in the context of those you're talking nonsense - which makes it hard to help you.

Sorry I thought you were referring to official content in which your "what is the type of damage the Astral dragon can do? (Hint:It's not Psychic)" could be looked up. Since it isn't, it is not easy to figure out what type of damage an astral dragon would do. But it is your game so make it whatever you want it to be. There are spells and such that do a combination of damage types.

I believe there was a supplement in a past edition that added void dragons, and iirc these dealt "void damage" which was essentially just damage that can't be blocked. In 5e you might represent this as a damage type that ignores resistance to all damage (so effects like a potion of invulnerability or bear totem Barbarian's Rage etc. wouldn't reduce it)?

There are too many damage types as is.
I would not be keen on another.
