I have already made a sub class and race but I don't know how to add it into dndbyond but I don't know how to make a sheet with it 

You need to recreate your homebrews in the DDB Homebrewer.

I recommend starting from a template using the closest race and class you can find. Then, you can just change the stuff you need to.
