Similar to my MtG cards as spell post, i'd like to see what anime abilities people have or want converted into a D&D 5th edition spell. For my own group i have made:
Blackfire (Amaterasu, Naruto. Creates powerful black fire that incinerates those it kills)
Boulderfist (Earth Release: Fist Rock, Naruto. Allows melee unarmed strike, knock back target, ignores most effects that require a physical touch)
Fire Snake (Dragon of the Darkness Flames, Yu Yu Hakusho. Creates a flame dragon that you can manipulate to hit targets)
Gate of Babylon (Gilgamesh, Fate series. Summon forth a weapon per every 2 character levels to barrage an area or attack several targets)
Shadow Bind (Shadow possession jutsu, Naruto. Manipulate shadow, on touch restrain yourself and target as long as your shadows touch)
Shadow Striking Snakes (Shadow Striking Snakes, Naruto. Melee attack, summon several snakes using their bite attacks in place of your unarmed damage)
I purposely aimed to avoid the more known ones like kamehameha. Also, I avoided any spell that has a direct analogue within the game (spirit bomb for example). Thoughts? Ideas youd like to see?
First things I would put forth is spells that already exist that can be reflavored to become some of those spells.
Amaterasu could easily be a version of Disintegrate totally consuming the body if it kills them.
Shadow Bind is very much likeHold MonsterHold Person again reflavor it for how it appears in your world. Evard's Black tentacles could also fit in well.
Dragon of the DARKNESS FLAME! Chain Lightning perhaps reworked as necrotic or fire damage, perhaps split damage equally between necrotic and fire.
Shadow Snakes the onlt thing I have found that might be a good fit would be Vitriolic Sphere again change the damage type if you want but really the effect of damage in an area and then lingering damage could mimic a group of snakes bursting out to attack everything in the area.
Lots of spells can be tweaked and described in a different way that could strongly mimic some of the abilities you mentioned.

"Where words fail, swords prevail. Where blood is spilled, my cup is filled" -Cartaphilus
"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
That is true, but that almost can be said about half the spells that actually exist. I was more avoiding Kamehameha (fire bolt or disintegrate), any Naruto genjutsu (seriously, just pick an illusion spell), and the other direct analogues.
Also think your sort of missing the fun of making your own spells, but to each their own.
These are just examples of jump off points, to be honest why make something totally new when there are excellent sources for a framework already available. Like a good idea for damage amounts, how they function and things of that nature.

Ah I see what you are saying. Misunderstanding at first. I just avoid spells that have a direct counterpart already in game. But yes, using those as a basis for what you want is a great idea.

Gate of Babylon is tough, For a level 9 spell Storm of Vengeance aside from that I lean towards the ranger spell Conjure Barrage

I recently created a Homebrew based on Naruto manga, and I thought about a few spells that could be used as Genjutsu.
